Broly's sheer power surpasses that of Goku
The only thing currently holding Goku over Broly is that Broly cannot control his full power. as Dragon Ball Super By Chapter 103, however, Broly has learned how to tap into a version of his legendary Super Saiyan form without losing control of his senses. Despite never training a day in his life, Broly was stronger than Super Saiyan God Goku in his base form.
As a Super Saiyan, SSJ Broly was strong enough to defeat Super Saiyan Blue Goku. Broly never fought Goku while using Ultra Instinct, but the fact that Goku and Vegeta needed to fuse into Gogeta to fight the Legendary Super Saiyan Broly is proof enough that Broly could easily defeat Ultra Instinct Goku.

Vegeta's base power level is slightly stronger than Goku's, but he is also a very skilled fighter. While Goku has forgotten the importance of basics like meditation, Vegeta embraces his new journey as a martial artist, allowing him to eventually surpass Goku.
Not only that, Vegeta unlocked Ultra Ego during Granolah the Survivor Saga. While Ultra Ego remains unrefined (to the point that Vegeta doesn't use it to fight Gohan Beast), an ashen UE is already strong enough to cut the difference between Vegeta and Ultra Instinct Goku. Considering Ultra Ego only gets stronger the longer Vegeta fights, he could easily defeat Ultra Instinct Goku if the two fought at their strongest.

Gohan Beast knocked Goku out of Perfect Ultra Instinct
By unlocking his Beast Form during the fight with Cell Max Dragon Ball Super: Super HeroGohan has now become the strongest unfused Z-Fighter Dragon Ball. in Dragon Ball Super In the manga's Super Hero Saga epilogue, Gohan travels to Beerus' planet where he battles Goku, Broly, Vegeta, Goten, and Trunks.
During his battle with Goku, Gohan Beast manages to knock Goku out of Perfect Ultra Instinct with a perfectly timed hit. Gohan is a stronger, faster, and more durable form than Beast Perfected Ultra Instinct, the transformation that Goku tried to master through multiple arcs. Vegito has officially surpassed Goku in Dragon Ball Super
a lot Dragon Ball Fans forget, but Goku actually surpassed Vegito when he unlocked the Super Saiyan God Dragon Ball Z: Battle of the Gods. The movie clearly states that even using the Potara Earrings to fuse with Visito isn't enough to stop Beerus, forcing Goku to perform the God Ritual and become a Super Saiyan God.
Of course, Goku lost his dominance over Vegeta when he and Vegeta used the Porara Earrings to fight a fused Zamasu during the Goku Black Saga. Vegito Blue is extremely powerful and completely humiliates Zamasu. Unfortunately, Vegito is therefore Potara cannot withstand the full power of the fusion, defusing Goku and Vegeta in minutes. If Potara had been more stable, Vegito could have become a strong enough fusion to rival Beerus and Black Frieza.

Gogeta is the most powerful Saiyan in existence
Even more powerful than Vegito, Gogeta is the strongest Saiyan and the strongest fusion Dragon Ball Super. Unlike Vegito, Gogeta's raw power suffers no time limit issues, allowing him to use Super Saiyan Blue and still be able to fight for a full half hour. Gogeta is the ultimate combination of Goku and Vegeta, combining all their best techniques and talents into a fusion to easily overwhelm Broly.
It is also implied that Gogeta may be powerful enough to rival Beerus, and potentially defeat him in battle. As a fusion between Goku and Vegeta, it goes without saying that Gogeta is much stronger than Goku. Goku himself would probably never reach the same heights as Gogeta as he did in Vegito Dragon Ball Z. If Goku and Vegeta wanted a sure-fire way to defeat Black Frieza once Dragon Ball Super Manga returns, they just have to fuse to Gogeta.
