Chakra concealment
Boruto Uzumaki has gained great control over his chakra during the three year timeskip. His control over it has increased to the point where he can completely erase his chakra signature. This makes him similar to the Sensor Ninja, and shows that he is practically unstoppable in combat.

Lightning Release: Purple Lightning Nagashi
Fans already know Boruto Nature is very efficient at change. This is especially true for wind and electricity releases. Boruto has created various lightning release jutsu over the years and his strongest is the Thunderclap Arrow.
After the timeskip, however, Boruto appears to have learned a new powerful Lightning Release Jutsu. This special jutsu is very similar to the Chidori Stream that Sasuke also uses in battle. In fact, hand prints for jutsu are also similar to chidori. It is widely believed to be violet electricity, but is used covering the entire body. While he was fighting against Bugs, one of the new villains of the series, using purple electricity hand signs, he surrounded himself in a strong current, which shocked Bugs to his core. However, this jutsu proved insufficient to eliminate him. Considering Bug was one of the new villains in the series at the time and one of the strongest, he did well to keep it up.

Natural energy
Boruto Uzumaki can somehow tap into natural energy as well. Although it is not technically a jutsu, it is energy that can be used in many ways. Fans saw this for the first time in the fight against Code. Boruto himself said that he can use natural energy. While it is unknown whether or not Boruto currently has access to Sage Mode, fans know that he can access, or at least, sense natural energy and strike others. This opens the door for Boruto to use more powerful techniques, such as the Senjutsu-influenced Rasengan, and possibly even Sage Mode. For now, we don't know much about whether or not Boruto has access to Sage Mode, however, the premise for it is definitely there.

Flying thunder god
One of the most interesting jutsu Boruto has learned over the years is the Flying Raijin technique. This technique was created by Tobirama, perfected and mastered by Minato. The Flying Raijin was Minato's own trademark and Boruto has now learned it as well.
This technique allows Boruto to use his chakra and infuse it into various metals. He can then instantly teleport to this special seal of metal, ignoring space and time. This jutsu is incredibly dangerous and as fans already know, Minato was seen fighting extensively using this power. Boruto Uzumaki is not as good a user of this power as Minato. However, with time, he will surely grow.

Rasengan Uzuhiko
Of course, the strongest Jutsu that Boruto Now the Rasengan belongs to Uzuhi. This jutsu sees Boruto harness natural energy in some way. Essentially, instead of creating a Rasengan in the palm of his hand, Boruto takes himself in a spiraling chakra. Chakra originates from the planet itself and is considered the source of planetary energy. When he makes contact with his enemies, Boruto transfers this planetary orbit to his enemies and as a result, the enemies are disoriented and extremely weak.
They can also be damaged by the Rasengan as usual, but in this case, the damage is semi-permanent. Essentially, this damage will only end when the planet stops rotating because it is directly tied to the planet, sourced from its own energy. Or, Boruto himself must cancel Uzuhiko in order for his enemies to survive. Of course, this is an incredibly dangerous jutsu that hardly anyone in the Boruto world can survive.
