Sasori is the strongest ninja in Sand Village and a true puppet master, and Araya has already surpassed him in one respect.
Most puppet users are at a disadvantage in close combat, but Araya has no such disadvantage because she is a master swordsman. This is actually his favorite fighting method. Iron Sand is still considered the strongest weapon in the Sand Village, and Araya can control it with his sword, which is connected to Shinki's chakra. Shinki
Shinki is Gaara's adopted son, and it is clear that he will one day succeed him as the Sixth Kazekage of the Sand Village. This would make Shinki the strongest new gen ninja in the sand village. Of all the legendary Kazekage in the franchise, the Third Kazekage is particularly strong because he created the Iron Sand. Shinki is one of the few people in the world who can control it, and his skills are already on par with Gaara's sand manipulation.
As a chunin, Shinki can briefly subdue an already weak Otsutsuki clan member with his iron sand. He is also strong enough to overpower a Kage-level ninja with his sand. The Sentient God Trees went out of their way to create another member using Shinki as a template. Mitsuki
Mitsuki is a partial clone of Orochimaru, one of the strongest ninja in history, so it's no surprise that he's become a powerful new gen ninja. Like his “father”, Mitsuki has high chakra levels and an agile and fluid fighting style. He can block and attack others using snake-based techniques. Himawari Uzumaki
Himawari inherited the Byakugan from Hinata, which means she can see the chakra circulation system and strike its chakra points with perfect precision. He also seems to have inherited Naruto's life force and chakra. The synergy between her Uzumaki and Hyūga blood is the main reason for the Nine Tails rebirth within Himawari. Not only is Himawari a Jinchuriki, she is well on her way to becoming the most powerful Jinchuriki in the franchise.
Himawari is already a Perfect Jinchuriki, which means she has access to the tailed beast's massive chakra, but she can unleash her powers even more because they are more suited. Kawaki
Kawaki is a modified Otsutsuki-cyborg who was destined to become Isshiki Otsutsuki's perfect vessel. It can be argued that Kawaki is now as powerful as Jigen, one of the few characters to defeat Naruto. He can change his physiology due to the microscopic scientific ninja devices in his body. As a result, Kawaki can create large claws and organic arm cannons that produce deadly energy blasts.
Kawaki still has access to Isshiki's power through the Karma restored by Amado, and as a result, has essentially become a full Otsutsuki. Boruto is the main focus of the new era, so it's no surprise that he follows in his father's footsteps and becomes the strongest ninja in the world.
