How to get each empty glass vial
In The Millennium Tales, you don't buy a bunch of potions to keep yourself healthy on an adventure. Instead, you have a reserve Empty glass vials that you will fill with medicine-like solutions Which you will have to buy again when you get back to town. This puts a hard limit on the number of potions you can carry at once, and you have to choose between healing or buffing potions to take with you.
