Destiny 2 has a new armor farming glitch for easier T5 meta sets

A Fate 2 The player finds a method of farming to consistently get tier 5 armor pieces from some of the best sets in the game, and it takes minutes. Fate 2The armor system has changed dramatically over time, and with set bonuses, players with better stats and have every reason to get armor pieces from specific sets. This is sometimes easier said than done, especially for some armor sets. For example, Luminopotent and Triumphal Anthem come from the Vanguard and Crucible activities, and they can be obtained for free from Zavala.

To get the Bushido Armor Set Fate 2Players can currently grab T5 pieces from Xur in the tower, and next week should be the turn of the Swordmaster set. Many other sets can be difficult to obtain, though. There are many sets for raids and dungeons, and they can be difficult to obtain for single players. Even so, they can be difficult to farm with good stats, as ghost shell mods don't always work, and when they do, the third stat is still random.

Destiny 2: All Armor Set Bonuses (Commemoration of Victory Update)

Armor 3.0 and Monuments of Triumph reworked each armor set in Destiny 2 to have unique and powerful perks. Here's the place to get them all.

Destiny 2 players can get Ferropotent and Smoke Jumper Tier 5 armor in under a minute

A Fate 2 A player named valiendra_ shared a post on Twitter that they discovered a bug that allows players to get unwanted T5 armor pieces. Completing Master Lost Sectors grants players guaranteed T5 armor sets of the respective location, but if the player's engram inventory (including Bright Engrams and Exotic Engrams) is full, these drops are sent to the postmaster in the tower as unopened engrams. However, unlocking Engrams in the tower instead grants armor pieces from the Smoke Jumper, Ferropotent and TechSec armor sets. It works for all master lost areas, and players will always get it Fate 2Be it Ferropotent Armor, Smoke Jumper Armor, or TechSec Armor, never from that original location.

Exotic Engrams are also sometimes awarded at the end of Master Lost Sectors, so players can quickly fill their inventory. This is especially useful because both Ferropotent and Smoke Jumpers are some of the best armor set bonuses. Fate 2 When used in their respective 2-piece variants, as they provide great value with damage reduction. It's hard to come by, and all three sets including Techsec are very hard to come by because they require Vanguard Engrams.

The post was shared under the impression that the game would not receive major fixes. But, fortunately, Fate 2Vanguard's prestige gain at the Monument of Triumph will be addressed in an upcoming hotfix next week, July 7th. This means that the sets will be easier to get than now, but at the same time, this error will remain. Comms manager at Bungie dmg04 shared a comment on valiendra_'s post, stating that he accidentally ran into the error and it won't fix it.

Recently, the game's official Twitter account shared the news Fate 2 Bungie is permanently disabling two armor sets as a result of layoffs and the game is facing end of service with no allocated staff or resources. As unfortunate as this is, players can at least rest easy knowing that Ferropotent, Smoke Jumper, and TechSec armor will always work with ease.
