Obito Uchiha became the first Jinchuriki of the Ten Tails

Obito lost his humanity when the love of his life, Rin, was brutally killed before his eyes. This event changed Obito forever, and he decided to become a threat to the rest of the world. He worked tirelessly behind the scenes to capture the tailed beasts, and when the preparations were almost complete, he finally decided to engage.
Obito's actions eventually led to the Fourth Great Ninja War during which he became the Ten-Tails Jinchuuriki. At first he couldn't control it, but with time he was able to wield it effectively. This made him so powerful that even the combined might of the strongest ninja could not stop him. In fact, Naruto had to rely on the Talk no Jutsu to stop Obito from effectively destroying the entire alliance.

Madara Uchiha was the greatest threat to the shinobi world

Madar was a very powerful person who is considered a legend. His rain of terror was such that everyone was afraid because of his actions. Madara returned to action during the Fourth Great Ninja War and proceeded to dominate everyone who tried to fight against him.
He became so powerful that not even Naruto or Sasuke could hurt him. In fact, they would have died if Hagoromo had not granted them his powers. Madara had nearly unlimited chakra and the Rinnegan in both eyes. In an uncertain situation, he can bring meteors down from the sky.

Might Guy was the only man who destroyed God
Affiliation: Any clan
Before Naruto and Sasuke were given their powers, Might Guy was the only one who stood against Madara's full power. He opened the Eighth Inner Gate, which increased his power to a level that a normal human could not fully comprehend.
He has surpassed Madar not only in speed but also in strength. The final attack launched by Guy had so much power and speed that it bent time and space, catching even the legendary Uchiha off-guard. Once the attack connected, nearly half of Madara's body was destroyed, and he only survived because he was the host of the Ten-Tails.

Naruto Uzumaki became the strongest ninja of all time

Naruto was a powerhouse of a character due to his Nine Tails Chakra Mode. This increased his chakra reserves, durability, and strength tenfold. But that wasn't enough, because Madara was far more powerful than him. Thankfully, Hagoromo intervened at the right time and gave Naruto half power.
This changed the situation completely, and it allowed Naruto to push back against Madara. After a while, Naruto was able to easily defeat Madara. Furthermore, after the war Naruto's power had reached such a level that even Toneri, who possessed the Tensigan, could not fully test him.

Sasuke Uchiha created a legacy that surpassed other Uchiha

Sasuke was given some absurd powers by Hagoromo Otsutsuki during the Fourth Great Ninja War. The first of them is the Rinnegan, which gives him a unique ability called Amenotejikara. This allows him to teleport anywhere he likes and on top of that, he can switch places with anyone or anything. Aside from the Amenotejikara, Sasuke's Rinnegan gives him access to six paths.
Moving away from the Rinnegan, Sasuke also possesses the Infinite Mangekyou Sharingan, with which he can cast Amaterasu. He can also use Perfect Susanoo, a feat that has only been accomplished by a handful of people. Sasuke's physical prowess is also extremely impressive as proven by his battles against Madara, Kaguya and Naruto.

Kakashi Hatake was gifted with the greatest power

Kakashi was one of the most influential leaders of the Shinobi Alliance. He was constantly on the frontline and fighting powerful reanimated shinobi. In the end he was outwitted by powerful villains, but still tried his best to help his allies. It was clear that Kakashi needed a new power-up and that came when Obito shared the six path chakra with him.
With the new power, Kakashi had almost no limits. He had the Mangekyo Sharingan in both eyes, meaning he could access both variants of Kamui. This made him practically immune to almost every attack. After Kakashi defeated Kaguya in a full-on showdown, Team 7 became hole in hole.
