Michikatsu Tsugikuni left the Demon Slayer Corps to become Kokushibo
Like Yoriichi, Michikatsu's demon slayer rank was unclear, but fans strongly believe that he was one of the Hashira deployed by the Corps during the Sengoku era. Regardless, Michikatsu was allowed to study under Yorichi for a while with the other Hashira to breathe the sun. Although he failed to learn Sun Breathing from his brother, Michikatsu developed Moon Breathing himself.
