The Uzumaki line of Naruto is originally from the village of Uzushiogakure, which was introduced in Naruto Chapter 500 proper. Naruto is the seventh Hokage of Konoha, and after the conclusion of the Fourth Great Ninja War, he stands as the official leader of the Uzumaki clan in the village. While young, the Uzumaki clan has finally begun to branch out in this story. Naruto's wife, Hinata Hyuga, is now also a member of the Uzumaki clan, and his two children, Boruto Uzumaki and Himawari Uzumaki, are both members of this clan. Gradually, through the Uzumaki household, the clan is set to expand significantly in the future and will finally be revived once again to its glory days.

They also have a special jutsu base near Konoha, and it is the same place that Orochimaru used to bring back the Four Hokages during the Fourth Great Ninja War on February 25, 2013 in Chapter 619. With all the prerequisites for re-establishing the existing clan in Konoha, especially in the form of Uzuki in the future, it is perfectly set. Boruto Uzumaki is married and has children of his own. Even though the village was once completely destroyed and destroyed by the neighboring countries, it is now taking root as the strongest ninja village of all. Currently, Boruto is not romantically involved with anyone, but this is about to change soon as Boruto series creator Mikio Ikemoto has a special focus on romance. For Boruto Uzumaki, two romantic options have already been set up in the form of Sumire and Sarada. In fact, Sarada is deeply in love with Boruto, which was officially confirmed in Boruto: Two Blue Vortex Chapter 20, released in Volume 5 on March 19, 2025, and the same can be said for the former. Boruto also has somewhat similar feelings for the young Uchiha, while his feelings for Sumire are still unknown. Mikio Ikemoto is slowly building a plotline of love for Boruto Uzumaki, in which, most likely, she is going to end up together with the young heir of the Uchiha clan. If Boruto and Sarada marry, they are set to extend the bloodline of the Uzumaki clan and further expand this incredibly powerful clan.

On the other hand, if Boruto Uzumaki had married Sumire, the Uzumaki clan would not have been as powerful since Sarada Uchiha had been defeated. But it will still be remarkably strong, especially because of his strong scientific background. Regardless of how Mikio Ikemoto takes Boruto's romantic storyline, the Uzumaki Clan has undergone a major revival and been pushed to a whole new level. Any children Boruto Uzumaki had with Sumire or Sarada would make this clan even stronger and expand their influence in Konoha. What's more, Boruto and Sarada are two of the most powerful ninjas in the entire village. For them to be the leader of this new Uzumaki clan would make this clan the strongest in the village.
There is also the case of Kawaki to consider, who was officially adopted into the Uzumaki family by Naruto Uzumaki. While he no longer has Uzumaki blood, he will still take the Uzumaki name and continue the clan in his own way. As such, by the end of the Boruto series, the Uzumaki Clan is set to be fully revived with the strongest shinobi as its members.
Himawari Uzumaki would further extend the Uzumaki bloodline
Another interesting plotline to watch out for is Himawari Uzumaki, for whom Mikio Ikemoto is also setting up a romance. In her case, her romantic interest is none other than Inojin Yamanaka, who has already put his life on the line for her on several occasions, such as in Boruto: Two Blue Vortex Chapter 10. Any children they have will only serve to further expand the Uzumaki Clan.
Of course, by the end of the Boruto series, the Uzumaki Clan is going to be in a much better position than before and will stand as a full-fledged estate consisting of some of the most powerful ninjas to ever live. In doing so, it would also dethrone the Uchiha and Senju clans as the official strongest clans in history.
Interestingly, expanding the Uzumaki clan to such a degree would also give Masashi Kishimoto the opportunity to explore their various sealing jutsus that were lost for a time and at the same time, give the clan an expanded breadth. The Uzumaki Clan, despite suffering a lot in the past, could potentially become the most important piece in Boruto: The Two Blue Vortex, and that's something we're all eagerly waiting to see.
