These techniques may be powerful, but Kenpachi would not be fazed by them in his Bankai form.
Unfortunately for Kenpachi, Estarossa possesses a version of the Full Counter ability which reflects physical damage back at an opponent. The actual damage is multiplied many times over. This means that if Kenpachi cuts Estarossa with his Bankai while Full Counter is active, the reflected attack’s damage will likely be amplified to the point Kenpachi’s body will be blown apart.

Pernida believed it was a Quincy, but it was actually the Left Arm of the Soul King, who served as the God of Bleach‘s universe. Gohan may not be the main character of the Dragon Ball franchise, but he has the potential to be the strongest mortal in the multiverse. Sukuna is the main villain of Jujutsu Kaisen, and he would likely be thrilled to fight Kenpachi’s Bankai form. Might Guy can use ninjutsu and genjutsu, but he prefers to rely on taijutsu during combat. Thanks to years of intense training, he became one of the strongest taijutsu users in Naruto, if not the strongest. Guy’s standard taijutsu would not be enough to injure basic Kenpachi, let alone his Bankai transformation, but that is what the Eight Gates are for.
When these gates are opened, Guy gradually gains access to more of his body’s chakra. If Guy opens the 6th or 7th Gate, he should be fast enough to overwhelm Kenpachi’s Shikai attacks. Guy would probably need to use all Eight Gates against Kenpachi’s Bankai. While in this state, Guy’s power surpasses that of the Five Kage, and his attacks are fast enough and strong enough to warp space. If he hits Kenpachi’s Bankai form once, he can land successive blows until Kenpachi’s body is smashed to pieces by the immense trauma.

Saitama is the star of One-Punch Man, and although he looks like a comic relief character, he is actually one of the most powerful beings in anime history. Only a handful of anime characters have killed an actual god, and Saitama is one of them. Thanks to his innate abilities and training, Saitama possesses immeasurable superhuman strength, speed, and reflexes. His durability is just as impressive, as he has withstood attacks from opponents who can wipe out cities without suffering any serious damage.
Like the name of the series suggests, Saitama can defeat anyone with a single punch. There have been instances where someone has survived the initial punch, but that is because Saitama intentionally held back. No matter how fast Kenpachi is when he uses Bankai, Saitama can dodge his attacks as if they were moving in slow motion. He could simply block the sword with his fist and shatter the blade. At the end of the day, Saitama simply needs to land a serious punch to the head or torso to take Kenpachi down.
