Ultra Instinct Saiyan Goku defeats the legendary Super Saiyan 2 Kefla in the anime's Tournament of Power

Kefla is one of the strongest Saiyans Dragon Ball franchise, and one of the most powerful fusions of all time. Kefla is the anime version a lot Stronger than his manga counterpart, who couldn't even defeat Ultimate Gohan. By comparison, Kefla is so strong in the anime, Goku triggers the Ultra Instinct Sign a second time, putting him on the same level as Jiren. Anime Cauliflower can also turn Legendary Super Saiyan 2 due to Cauliflower unlocking SSJ2 in the anime continuity.

When all is said and done, though, Kefla can't compete with Ultra Instinct's power and skill. Goku's mastery of the Ultra Instinct Sign improves significantly in his fight with Kefla, as he is not only able to dodge his attacks with ease, but charges his Ki to incredibly high levels. When Legendary Super Saiyan 2 Kefla launches his final attack on Goku, he skillfully charges a Kamehameha, uses it to ride his blast wave, and then launches it full force into his face, knocking him out of the tournament. Gohan is the only Dragon Ball character to defeat two legendary Super Saiyans

Gohan is currently the strongest Z-Fighter Dragon Ball SuperAnd holds an impressive record of defeating two different Legendary Super Saiyans – both wins notably Dragon Ball Super Manga. In the manga version of the Tournament of Power, Kefla fights Ultimate Gohan instead of Goku, whose sole focus is fighting Jiren. Kefla only has access to a regular Legendary Super Saiyan form in the manga, which scales him to Ultimate Gohan's power level. The pair outsmart each other and knock each other out in a double knockout.

Their battle is technically a tie, but since Kefla's defeat resulted in Universe 6 being out, the win technically goes to Gohan. in Dragon Ball Super Chapter 103, Gohan Beast fights Broly, pushing him to trigger his full power Super Saiyan transformation. Gohan Beast sidesteps the entire fight, treating Broly like he's nothing. Their fight is interrupted by Goten, Trunks, and Vegeta, who start a Super Saiyan battle royale, but Gohan is implied to be the winner of the match. Even if they didn't interrupt, Gohan was much stronger than Beast Broly and would have won either way.

Super Saiyan Blue Gogeta destroyed Legendary Super Saiyan Broly

Broly grows so strong, so fast that Goku and Vegeta can't keep up with him after unlocking his legendary Super Saiyan form. Instead, the two run into Piccolo and practice the fusion dance so they can become Gogeta – the ultimate warrior and one of the most powerful characters. Dragon Ball Super. Gogeta never breaks a sweat fighting Broly, slowly transitioning from his base form to Super Saiyan, and finally to Super Saiyan Blue as he tests the extent of Broly's power level.

Super Saiyan Blue Gogeta is very strong. He is also powerful enough to cause a dimensional break in the fabric of the universe, briefly teleporting himself and Broly between space and time. Gogeta Blue completely destroys Legendary Super Saiyan Broly, breaking him to the point of fear. If Chelai hadn't used the Dragon Ball to turn Broly into a Wampa, Super Saiyan Blue Gogeta would have finished him off with a Limit Ultra Kamehameha.

Which made a mockery of Broly fighting at full power

In Dragon Ball Super Broly

As Goku and Vegeta teleport to Piccolo after Broly becomes too powerful, the legendary Super Saiyan turns his sights against Frieza. LSSJ Broly beats Frieza for a solid hour before attacking Whis. As an angel, Whis is one of the most powerful beings in the entire multiverse. He is not allowed to fight back or interfere in mortal affairs, but he does not have to.

Broly easily dodges every blow thrown at him. If Whis wanted to, he could have killed Broly then and there (but that would have made him extinct). It's hard to say that Whistle beat Broly because he didn't fight back, but the fact is that Broly started a fight that he could never win and failing to strike is a clear defeat for the legendary Super Saiyan.
