Fullmetal Alchemist Equivalent is a world built on the law of exchange, and there is nothing that tests this underlying principle more than the Homunculi. These artificial humans are the physical incarnation of the seven sins of the Father, and they are the main antagonists who are pulling Amestris' strings from the shadows. Their special, supernatural abilities, contrasted with the Elric brothers, make for some of the most physically and emotionally demanding scenes of the entire series.
Although almost all members of this supposedly “evil” family are endowed with terrifying reproductive powers and other worldly powers, they are not equal in their power. Some of them are based on brute strength and sheer stamina, while others use reality-bending shadows or full possession of human combat abilities. Their ranks show the complex sequence of creation of the Father, a god-like being who tried to swallow even the sun and transcend the boundaries of humanity forever.
What are Homunculi?
As a byproduct of the Philosopher's Stone Spirit, Homunculi are supernatural beings known as the Father. They are all literal pieces of his soul, thrown away to cleanse him of human sins such as greed or lust. Because they are powered by thousands of human souls, they can regenerate from almost any wound as long as their core—the stone—has energy, making them virtually immortal. They are the ultimate chemical taboo given flesh and blood.

Vasana, called the ultimate spear, is, surprisingly, banned despite her deadly accuracy. The most lethal but predictable weapon he has is his claws, which are long enough to pierce anything. She specializes in shadow and intrigue, but lacks the defensive abilities of her larger, stronger siblings or the sheer size that makes them so deadly.
Using close-to-mid-range knives exposes him to area-of-effect attacks. Roy Mustang proves that while she can regenerate, she has certain limits when faced with constant fire. He has no secondary combat cheats, so he is the most traditional threat, with greater lethality but the least overall versatility of the Seven Sins.

stick
Gluttony seems like a simple-minded beast, but his “false gate of truth” makes him a terrifying outsider. In his standard form, he is a ruthless tracker with an impressive bite, but his real danger is when his stomach is opened. This emptiness can swallow anything, remove matter.
But his weakness is his stupidity. He is easily controlled and sometimes he uses his siblings to guide him in his hunger. His offensive ceiling is simply astronomical, but he is slow and predictable, thus easily defeated by experienced fighters. He is the literal definition of a glass cannon.

Jealousy
Jealousy is a master of disguise and psychological warfare, working to shape-shift to win fights from within. They are able to transform into a giant, multi-limbed creature in battle, composed of souls in their stones. This sheer size gives them great physical strength and a fearsome size advantage, giving them the ability to trounce crowds but lose speed and become easy targets. This is shown in their fight against Roy, where he also mocks Envy, saying that they are now easier to target.

Easy (120 seconds) Medium (90 seconds) Hard (60 seconds)
This brute force does not mean much; Jealousy's true self is a tiny, helpless parasite. They are also notoriously given to emotional outbursts and arrogance that lead to tactical errors. When deprived of their giant form, they have no true defensive means. They are strong due to guile rather than sheer fighting ability.

Sloth
Sloth is the physically strongest and most durable of the children designed to do the tough job of digging a nationwide transformation circle. He seems slow and dim-witted, but is, in fact, the fastest of the Homunculus when he wants to be, quite ironic for being a sloth. His super-speed brings his massive body into an invincible, bone-crushing ram.
The irony is that he's too lazy to push himself, and he has a tendency to miss the target entirely. Since he has no knowledge of strategy, no sophisticated skills, he can be overwhelmed by team work and terrain maneuvers. He's a giant of pure, raw stats, but he's not a tactical fighter.

Greed
Only sin remains with the real soul. Luv has the Ultimate Shield, or rather, the power to reorganize the carbon in his body and form diamond-hard skin. This makes him nearly invulnerable to physical damage and enables him to transform his body parts into unbreakable blades. He later joins Ling Yao to learn martial arts.
His ability to develop strategy and his flawless defense make him a nightmare in duels. There's a flaw in his shield, though: it takes a moment of concentration to work, and it can be compromised by chemicals that change the structure of carbon. Although extremely difficult to kill, he is not as imposing as other sins.

anger
King Bradley stands out in that he is a man-made homunculus that cannot regenerate, but he is perhaps the most dangerous at close range. His “ultimate eye” allows him to predict every movement and bullet launch. This insight, combined with inhuman speed and skill with the sword, enables him to tear entire armies to pieces.
He is the only sin that can truly tempt elite alchemists with genius. Although he is not immortal, the nature of his crimes is so extreme that he is never wounded by his opponents. His mortality is a limited resource only because he is weaker than proud in the hierarchy; There comes a point when his old body cannot cope.

pride
Garva is Baba's first creation, and the strongest of his children, who inhabits the body of a small boy to hide his form. He commands a giant, many-eyed shadow that can spread across cities and swallow everything it comes in contact with. These shadows cannot be destroyed, and they can devour other creatures to become like them.
His range and versatility are unmatched, as he can strike from any darkness. His only real weakness is complete light or complete darkness, which momentarily breaks his connection to the Shadow. Despite this, his power to swallow his brothers is proof that he is the ultimate son of the Father.
1
father
Father is the source of all alchemy on Amestris and the origin of all other homunculi. He was only a “dwarf in a flask” at first, but later acquired human form and attempted to rise above existence. His power is practically invincible, and he can easily create matter and manipulate energy.
When he was at his best, he literally opened the door to truth with his bare hands and temporarily absorbed God, and he had power over the stuff of reality, and could make the sun with his palm. He is not a character, but a type of nature. Although he was later defeated, it was only through the united efforts of the entire nation that he was pushed back and finally defeated.
