All Challenges And How To Complete Them
You’ve got plenty of interesting trials on the road ahead when you’re playing Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds, some self-imposed, some for trophies, and some just for the glory. If you’re attentive to the Challenges menu, though, you’ll see how many titles and other neat prizes you can win for your efforts.
There are six primary challenge categories (as well as one special one that progresses as you continue to unlock titles in Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds) you’ll be working on as you dash across the dozens of intricate tracks, each of which will pay out in new titles and plenty of tickets.
Updated on October 30, 2025: With more articles published on Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds and a better understanding of how the challenges interact with the game’s achievement/trophy lists, we’re back with some extra info on how to complete every challenge in the game (and which trophies or achievements you’ll get for the effort).
What Are Challenges?
You’ll likely stumble upon Challenges in Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds fairly early in the game while you race against your first Rival from the Sonic universe clearing one or two along the way without meaning to do so. This allows for an introduction to Challenges, which can be tracked in the Extras menu as you play.
Here, you’ll find six main categories of Challenges, each with a pretty self-explanatory category name. You’ll find Challenges for game modes, the store where you spend your Donpa Tickets on Machine parts or upgrades, and so much more.
For each Challenge you complete in Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds, you’ll earn new titles for your profile as rewards. You can see your progress in these Challenges in the Extras menu, with each Challenge you’ve completed marked by a bolder icon and checkmark to indicate you’re finished.
With them come new titles, which can be changed from either the Challenge screen (if you’re currently selecting the title you’d like) or from the Titles menu beside the Challenges menu on the Extras screen. These are largely for bragging rights, showing anyone you race with or against what you most value about racing.
All Challenges And How To Complete Them
In the tables below, we’ve kept track of the information on every Challenge in Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds. We’ve provided the parameters for clearing the challenge, tips for helping you make it through quicker, and any specific prize information if applicable.
