There are 2 items in the main hall (1F) area:

While facing the southwest wall in the main hall, open the drawers to reveal Handgun Ammo x5.
Enter the far northeast corner of the main hall, where you'll find a pearl vase that can be broken with a knife for 330 Lei.

All Main Hall Item Locations in Resident Evil Village (2F)

There are 4 items in the main hall (2F) area:

In the southwest corridor, look at the painting of a man and shoot the glowing glow To drop the crystal piece on the shelf on top of the painting with any gun.
Go to the far southwestern corridor and hit the pearl vase with the knife for Handgun Ammo x5.
In the northwest corridor, after the stairs, look south to find a small white vase on a stand, and break it with your knife to reveal 200 Lei.
In the far northwest corridor, you can turn south to find another pearl vase, which can be broken for Gunpowder x1.
