He was briefly seen involved in the final battle, especially when Toya was about to explode and take a good portion of the city with her. Natsuo used whatever fighting spirit he had to stop her.

She was shown to be strong enough to withstand Dabi's fire in the Final War Saga, which adds to the strength of her quirk and gives her great feats that even some pro heroes don't. Physically, however, she is very frail and frail, and most of the ailments she suffers from are due to Endeavor. Regardless, she is very mentally strong and deserves respect for what she has endured. Shoto Todoroki is the prodigal son of the Todoroki family and the child is set to surpass all powers. He has reached great levels of power over the years, and this is due to the fact that he has the ability to both Frost and Hellflame. This power was born due to his parents' Quirk marriage, and thus, the Quirk named Half-Cold Half-Hot was born. This Quirk allows him to manipulate both ice and fire.
Essentially, Shoto overcomes all the weaknesses of Endeavour's Quirk. On top of that, he can use every technology Endeavor has, and has his own special ability, called Phosphorus, that goes beyond anything Endeavor can do. He was also able to defeat Dabi in battle and still continued to fight in the final battle. Undoubtedly, he is the strongest member of the Todoroki family. After the battle, he becomes a pro hero and eventually ascends to the No. 2 hero rank, behind Mirio Togata.
