Specifically, players can unlock the 2024 Lamborghini Temerario, 2022 Lamborghini Huracán EVO Spyder, and 1984 De Tomaso Pantera GT5 as prize cars for beating challenges and earning celebration points. Other unlockable cars include the 2022 Pagani Huayra R, 2020 Ferrari Roma, 1982 Lancia 037 Stradale, and more.

In addition to new cars, Series 3 adds more content for players to check out. While Forza Horizon 6 Already full of collectibles, this update adds the Tank Latte Cup collection, which is hidden in Japan's Ito region. The Event Lab has also been revamped with 52 new props including the Horizon Decades brand.

The Series 3 update is also adding a new feature called Series History. Like how Forza Horizon 6 Award-winning franchise veterans, Series History does something similar for long-time players, with special cars that can be unlocked based on the total amount of playlist points earned. For those who earn 500 Lifetime Points, they will be able to unlock a 1972 Mazda Cosmo 110S Series II as well as achievements to recognize the moment.

For fans of Forza Horizon 6’s aftermarket facility, the Series 3 is adding some prime deals on Italian exotic vehicles at the Aftermarket Dealership0 near the Horizon Stadium in the Shimanoyama area. In addition, Playground Games is making six cars, usually for wheelspin only, available at dealerships as Aftermarket Cars for a limited time. Along with all this new content, Series 3 brings with it a bunch of improvements and improvements. Part of that includes a complete reset of the leaderboards affected by a recent exploit from users using drag tires to set unrealistic entries.

• Fixed an issue where players were unable to rewind in Free Drive (Bug 4377375).

• Fixed an exploit where players were able to copy other players' EventLab creations (Bug 4460100).

• Fixed an exploit where removing a locked tune during PR stunts allowed players to keep their speed to achieve unrealistic scores in low car classes (bug 4390806).

• Fixed an issue where players could be presented with a black screen when starting Monthly Rivalries via the Test Drive feature (Bug 4395847).

• Fixed issue with LINK Clean Sweep skill not registering in Collection Journal (Bug 4402867).

• Fixed an issue where the 'convoy leader has registered your convoy for the event' message does not disappear after completing an event and returning to Free Roam (Bug 4376387).

• Fixed an issue where disabling head-to-head requests in your session would disable them in The Eliminator (bug 4447380).

• Fixed Hide and Seek issue where players were not awarded level XP (Bug 4372539).

• Substituted 2021 Alumicraft #122 Class 1 buggy for 1993 Toyota #1 T100 Baja truck in Eliminator (bug 4378156).

Visuals

• Fixed exhaust vapor not always matching exhaust location (Bug 4425411).

• Fixed an issue where using chrome car paint on plastic resulted in a flat finish (Bug 4380657).

• Fixed an issue where manufacturer preset colors would not appear correctly when applying a livery (Bug 4379802).

• Improvements to visual issues when combining certain clothing items, such as clipping.

Leaderboards

• Reset all rival leaderboards due to the presence of unrealistic entries (bug 4443235).

These unrealistic entries were obtained through exploiting glitches or using drag tires prior to the latest physical balance changes we introduced on June 15th.

Therefore, we have decided to proceed with a full reset of the affected leaderboards, which will be deleted as soon as these exploits are patched into the game.

We understand that this will be frustrating for players with legitimate lap times; However, we have chosen this approach so that everyone has a clean slate to move forward with. Even if the leaderboards are deleted, any clear times posted to earn the corresponding collection journal items for rivals will not be lost and will remain unlocked.

Our team is also looking into fixing some of the bugs that could be used to pollute the PR Stunt leaderboards with unrealistic scores, and while we don't have a timeline yet, we expect to completely wipe those leaderboards once the fixes roll out.

Save Issues Update – Ongoing Research

We continue to work on improvements across all platforms to mitigate the issue of missing saves affecting some players in Forza Horizon 6.

The XBOX team has rolled out updates for XBOX Series X|S and PC to help fix these issues. The last of these was on July 2, so please make sure your devices are up to date.

With this update, if you experience data loss, you will be presented with a conflict dialog box the next time you load your game. To recover your progress, choose the cloud save option, which restores your most recent saved version.
