How to start Secret of the Monsters

After obtaining the camera and taking photos of the four mandatory inscriptions during the Stolen Cat Mummy quest, you can take photos of six additional unique inscriptions from Crescenzo's map as an optional fieldwork mission.

Of course, the order in which you find all 10 inscriptions may also depend on which quests you tackle first, as players will need to complete certain special ones in order to gain access to them. The first inscription

The second inscription is more straightforward to find, since you can find it in the waterfall Belvedere Courtyard. Provided you don't get too close to a patrolling blackshirt, you should have no problem running across the courtyard and snapping a quick photo of the inscription on the waterfall.


A third inscription

The third inscription includes some climbing and parkour directly above the belvedere courtyard. To get there, climb the scaffolding structure behind the stage in the Belvedere Courtyard and use your whip to climb to the top. Belvedere courtyard balcony. Fourth inscription

After talking to Gina, you can use the nearby zip line to reach the opposite balcony and duck through the hole in the wire fence. The Seventh Inscription

Indiana Jones and the Museum inscription location on the Great Circle


Located in the seventh inscription Museum Part of the map, which you can reach when playing through Gina's 'A Nun in Trouble' side quest. The Ninth Inscription

To get to the ninth inscription, you need to get the Sever Key sewer Under the tower of Nicholas V. You get the Seaver Key during the 'Mad Priest' fieldwork quest after talking to Sister Catherine and Antonio. You need to use the key to open the locked gate in Nicholas V's tower.

Follow the white paint markers on the surrounding pipes and use your whip to climb up and travel through the sewers. Once you get close to the end of the Sewer Way, you can find the ninth inscription on the wall, as pictured above, before proceeding to the Apostolic Palace.

The Tenth Inscription

Finally, you can find the tenth inscription basementWhich you can find steps next to the Vatican City Post Office. However, you need to obtain the Cellar Key to access the Cellar, which you can only obtain in the 'A Savage Discovery' fieldwork quest, which involves searching for the lost stone tablet.

During 'A Savage Discovery', you'll eventually reach an objective that involves finding and fighting a worker called Giuseppe. Once you've defeated Giuseppe, search his body to grab the Cellar Key, which you can use to open the Cellar and access the tenth inscription in the corner of the room while completing the rest of the 'Savage Discovery' quest.
