The Kortz Center Heist is here, and with it comes some secret upgrades you didn't know about (yet). When you need a mansion and an art studio to start the Kortz Center Heist, assets you own and may have forgotten about play an important role. The aforementioned properties and trade upgrades will help you in the Kortz Center Heist finale, but none of them are worth buying individually, as the hardest part of the heist is getting through the laser traps and not being detected. Once you're out the door, you won't need extra support or Mk II upgrades as you'll only need a pistol pressed against the guards.
However, if there's one upgrade that can serve a useful purpose, it's the extra time in the Vault thanks to being an Agency/Terrorbite/Garment Factory. That added time means you don't stress as much about getting the primary objective loot, and you can spend more time drilling through lockboxes and stealing secondary objective pictures.
Security upgrades for the mansion also help lower the wanted level, meaning less police force to come after you and hunt you down while you're hiding!
