The Planet Crafter: How to find and wear different suits (skins).
Now that The Planet Crafter has multiplayer, it only makes sense that the game should let players find and wear unique outfits.
Ore and ore crushers
The first major difference between the base game and humble planet DLC is the presence of “ore”. These minerals include dolomite, bauxite and uraninite, which you can see on the screen in the image above. Ores appear in the ground in specific areas, and you can mine them just like regular minerals like iron, titanium, and magnesium.
The main difference is that ore has no real use other than making ore crushers, and you can use ore crushers to turn them into other minerals. In fact, ores are the only way certain minerals like cobalt, aluminum, and uranium can be found. Unlike in the regular game, you won't find these three minerals around, even in specific biomes.
Each ore crusher converts the ore into minerals after a certain period of time. How long they need and how many minerals they create depends on the level of the ore crusher. You can add any ore to any ore crusher, and each ore has a chance to generate rare minerals along with common minerals like silicon and iron. Not every ore will generate a rare mineral, but sometimes an ore will generate a rare mineral and nothing else.

Aside from these basics, there are some tips that can help you get through the early game of the DLC:
- Ore crushers are huge energy sinks. Expect to build three wind turbines to power your first crusher.
- The upper chest with the display behind is where you keep the ore. The lower chest is where you make minerals.
- Once the lower chest is full, the ore crusher stops converting the ore into minerals. However, if there are two empty slots left in the lower chest and the ore crusher creates three minerals for each ore, the last ore will disappear forever.
- Ore crushers always crush ore in the top left slot. Keep this in mind if you decide to add multiple ores to the same crusher.
- Ores are not the only source of the minerals listed above. You can still collect all that from meteor showers and random chests, and you can find some super alloys and iridium around. Still, ore crushers are your best source when you need large quantities of cobalt, aluminum, and uranium.

The Planet Crafter: 5 awesome base layouts
Every playthrough of The Planet Crafter requires players to build a base, and these layouts will help them get started without any hiccups.
Human habitation
As with most base planets, you can find clues in past attempts to mine or terraform a humble planet. Unlike the base planet, the alien force field doesn't cause every ship in the region to crash-land on the surface, and so you have to look for other types of debris.
The first large ruins you'll probably come across are a set of cylindrical tents. To find it, go away from the cliff and go through the pillars. The tents are in the valley where the columns end. You'll find lots of crates you can scavenge, and lots of bits of tech debris you can deconstruct later.
You can also find other wrecks and debris, including some transport ships carrying explosives. You can recover these explosives and use them to destroy geodes, which contain useful minerals like iridium.
These transports and wrecks also have large shells that look a bit like large drones. You can interact with these areas to open them, and they always contain a blueprint chip. Make sure to click on each one to get every blueprint chip you can.

The Planet Crafter: 6 Best Ways to Increase Oxygen
Planet Crafter tasks players with terraforming enemy planets, with oxygen production as a key step. Here are the best ways to create O2.
Important early biomes
Unlike the main game, the humble planet DLC has only one drop site. The site is surrounded by tall calcium columns that look interesting but are not very useful. You won't find much more than basic minerals and dolomite in this area, but you can start exploring the neighborhood after you get a large oxygen tank.
As you read the instructions below, keep in mind that there is a large rock the south of your landing site. You can't reach the base of the rock, even with a jetpack, but you can explore in other directions.
Ice Cliffs
go on West Landing site to find an icy white area that ends in a tall, icy wall. There are no ice nodes near your landing site, so head here as soon as possible to get the ice you need for the vegetables and water bottles.
Ice cave
Follow the ice wall Answer To discover the frozen cave that continues West. Inside is a completely frozen pool full of osmium, but you won't be able to eat any until the ice melts.
Next to the pool is a cave that continues West. Stay on the left path to enter the ice valley next to the broken transport. go on Southwest From the transport, and you'll eventually climb a ramp covered in super alloy. This ramp leads to a frozen lake, and around the frozen lake is a load of Uraninite.
Central Valley
Head straight Answer From your starting point to enter the central valley of the humble planet. This is where the main ruins are from the last terraforming attempt, and it's a decent place to build your first real base. Just keep in mind that all the big rocks and seashells will block your buildings until you level up your base.
Sulfur Hills
go on East From the starting point (toward the smoking volcano), and you should see a yellow stain on the wall with sulfur. Northeast. Sulfur is not immediately useful, but in this area it is abundant when you need it.
Smoking sinkholes
Instead of going northeast, head Southeast Towards the giant stone arch. Below the arch is a set of smoking sinkholes, which you don't want to step into. Surrounding the sinkholes are bauxite, iridium, and iridium geodes that you can open with explosives.
