A report in mid-March by the Brick Tap community later identified the mystery model as a brick-built replica of the Sagrada Família, designated as set number 21065. The set is expected to contain 12'6,000 pieces. 11,695-piece LEGO Art Crossing the World Map, never released. The original report claimed that LEGO's massive basilica replica was planned to hit digital and physical store shelves on July 1, 2026.

The rumored July 1 release date is now understood to have been scrapped. The Brick Tap community reports that the record-breaking Sagrada Família replica has been internally delayed alongside LEGO's 72154 Poke Ball set. Production issues are said to be at the root of both postponements, though the report doesn't go into further details. Brick Tap's sources did not provide a revised availability window, suggesting the delay could be substantial.
Looking at the slightly bigger picture with LEGO's supply chain leaks, internal production delays at the Danish toymaker typically mean delays of one to three months. Although LEGO generally runs a tight ship where delays are a somewhat rare occurrence, release date rescheduling still happens on occasion, especially for flagship models spanning thousands of pieces. However, the production challenges facing the 21065 Sagrada Família suggest that the massive replica of Barcelona's famous basilica may miss LEGO's summer 2026 production wave altogether.

Back in March, several reliable sources claimed that this was Lego's first in a large set Pokemon minifigures and an early August 2026 release date.
