One-handed seal
One-handed seal One of the most unique and special abilities that can only be used by a handful of ninjas in Naruto's world. The first person to use them was Haku at the beginning of Naruto, and Minato Namikaze also used this jutsu during the Fourth Great Ninja War. Besides these ninja, a few others used the technique, and Sasuke Uchiha mastered it after the events of the Fourth Great Ninja War.

Space Time Ninjutsu
When Sasuke awakened the Rinnegan during the Fourth Great Ninja War, he had not yet mastered this ability. His control over the Rinnegan grew exponentially over the coming years, and at some point during the free period, he learned. Ability to open portals in the fabric of space. By ripping through this fabric, Sasuke can connect to other dimensions and travel freely. This is how he learned how to track the location of the Otsutsuki clan and get to their roots.

Although not as strong as actual Ice Release, Sasuke can create ice by effectively combining these two techniques, showing great control over nature changes. To a regular shinobi, it was like Sasuke using Ice Release. Considering that he is a ninja with access to the Six Path Chakra, his pseudo ice release is much stronger than the ice release of some real Kekkei Genkai users.

Forming a water wall is a water release technique that Sasuke learned at some point after the Fourth Great Ninja War. It's quite a deadly ability that sees Sasuke Uchiha erect a massive wall as a barrier. After the battle, while on one of his missions to protect those around him, Sasuke used the water wall construction technique to great effect.
Considering that it is powered by six path chakras in his case, this water wall formation is possibly the strongest that fans have seen in the entire series. Aside from Sasuke, the likes of Kakashi have demonstrated this technique, as well as Zabuza, and it shows that he learned from the best.
Multiple nature change techniques
After the events of the Fourth Great Ninja War, Sasuke Uchiha gained complete control over all nature alters, giving him access to a multitude of jutsu. Given that Sasuke has completely mastered all naturesThere are many techniques that he has not demonstrated but knows how to use.
These include Earth-style abilities, as well as more Water-style abilities, the likes of Lightning and Fire, which he is already adept at. Sasuke also knows Wind Release, despite not using it effectively in battle, and along with that, he also has access to some Yin and Yang abilities.
