Episode 4 Dragon Ball DAIMA Daemon region, introduced many interesting new concepts to the local area Dragon Ball A ubiquity that has so far only been explored in canon. The introduction of different types of medi-bugs adds some exciting possibilities, and as Goku and Supreme Kai's journey continues in the mysterious setting of this new series, we'll get a better understanding of the benefits of these curious objects.
Revive bugs, with their supposed ability to restore stamina when consumed, were compared to highly plot important magic beans grown only in the Korin Tower of Senju. What exactly are the Revive bugs, and is it fair for Goku to compare them to the Senju?

What are Medi-Bugs?

When Supreme Kai, Goku and Glorio arrive at a small shop located in the Third Demon World, they find many strange and interesting items in the store, among them, strange bugs of different shapes and colors called Medi-Bugs. When consumed, medi-bugs have a variety of medical effects, including relieving headaches from Zutsu bugs; Achichi relieves burns from bugs; and Revive bugs, which restore stamina. Goku himself stated that this effect is similar to the Senju that Dragon Fighters have relied on to revive downed allies throughout the franchise. Senju are rare beans that only grow in Korin Tower, and when eaten instantly restores a fighter's physical condition, making them very important to have in battle.
Senju restore that, health, stamina and are so nutritious, they can keep a person full for days. They are capable of curing all types of poisoning, and are powerful enough to facilitate the regeneration of damaged organs, and even organs if administered quickly. They are unable to heal old wounds that have already scarred, so a Saiyan's removed tails do not come back. They have been shown to revive dying fighters several times over the course of the series, but their rarity and difficulty growing is a big contrast to the Revive Bugs, which appear to be abundant. The full capabilities of Revive Bugs have yet to be explained, as they have yet to be used Dragon Ball DAIMABut it would be of great benefit to Goku and his friends if they were as effective as the Senju. The existence of Achichi Bugs and Zutsu Bugs, however, may be an indication of what Revive Bugs can and cannot do, as it is possible that Revive Bugs cannot deal with the problems associated with the aforementioned Medi-Bugs.
