8 Teuchi
Little is known about one of Naruto's closest friends
- First Appearance: Episode 2
Fans may remember Teuchi as the ramen boy who would always visit Naruto when he would provide him with his favorite food. Although he seems to be one of Naruto's closest friends and is the only person who didn't scold him as a child due to his possession of Kurama, nothing is known about Teuchi.
What is clear is that he decided to become a chef long before Naruto was born, but why he was so adamant about becoming a ramen chef is anyone's guess. Even more surprising, while the entire village was adamant about hating Naruto, Teuchi was the only one who would let him in, maybe because he didn't even know about the Nine Tails. Regardless, with bits of information dropped here and there, much of Teuchi's life, and his outlook on the world, is still something mystery fans have been wondering about for years.
