The Pokemon TCG Pocket expansion arrives in January, according to Datamine

Between 30 million of us playing and $12 million spent in its first four days, it's probably fair to say Pokemon TCG Pocket has taken the world by storm in its first week and a half. However, those of you who are a little more jaded than others may be wondering when we'll be getting new sets and expansions, and the mobile game's datamine may have revealed when that will be.

The information about when we might have more than Pikachu, Charizard, and Mewtwo packs to choose from comes via information from a datamine shared by CentroLeaks, the account that distributed many of the details from last month's Game Freak leak. According to Datamine, the December extension is listed as A1a. Pocket's Genetic Apex set, which is currently the only one available, is dubbed the A1, hence the assumption that the A1a will be an additional booster pack rather than a completely new set.
