Where to get Sacrificial Hearts in PoE 2

Leveling up isn't the only way to get stronger Road to exile 2. Getting better items is more important than getting a couple of extra levels, but if you really need to get a new passive or two, there are plenty of things in the game that can give you extra points. A sacrificial heart is one such object.

What to do with sacrificial hearts in PoE 2

The Sacrificial Heart is a usable quest item that players can use in a ritual to get some free idle points. To do so, You must travel to Aggorat in Act 3. This is the second-to-last area that is only available after players activate the portal to the Ziggurat Encampment.

Once you reach Aggorat, you must fight your way through hordes of Vaal warriors and search for a large, stone altar guarded by a noble demon and its minions. Usually, there will be a checkpoint near this area to help you find it. After getting rid of the enemies, pick up the sacrificial dagger nearby and place the heart on the altar. Interact with it, and your character will open a heart, giving you extra skill points in the process.

Where to find the sacrificial heart

If you're wondering where to get the Sacrifice Heart, it's a random drop from enemies in 400 BiC Utzaal and Aggorat, similar to a relic of an ancient Vaz quest. PoE 2. It may take a while before you can get it, but once you do, go to the location mentioned above to use it. Keep in mind that empty instances are reset every 8-15 minutes. Once you find a stone altar, try not to leave that map instance for too long, or you'll be forced to find it again.

Enter Aggorat in brutal difficulty

Once you beat Act 3's boss, the portal back to the Ziggurat Encampment from 400 BiC will automatically send you back to the beginning of Act 1 (but on brutal difficulty). Your way to use the sacrificial heart 3 without struggling for brutality, Go to the waypoint and teleport back to Aggorat in Act 3 normal.
