The benefits of teamwork have only been touched upon Dead by DaylightBut due to some circumstances their future looks uncertain already. Yes, not every benefit is within Dead by Daylight Going to be relevant in the meta. Considering the sheer volume of benefits, that would be impossible. However, teamwork perks come with some drawbacks that often hold them back compared to all other survival perks. At the very least, they have some issues that need to be ironed out; at worst, Dead by Daylight There may be no end to any additional teamwork perks.
Introduced in Dead by DaylightIn the Tools of Torment Update, Teamwork perks are one of the rarest types in the game, with only two existing so far. Those perks are Teamwork: Collective Stealth and Teamwork: Power of Two. It should be noted that both of these perks came out with Tools of Torment, no other teamwork perks have been introduced since then. Seeing as it's been over a year since any teamwork perks were released, their place in the game may be in a precarious position.
There are also only two invocation perks and the invocations are not only new but the second released in the last chapter.

Dead Light's teamwork perks are harder to use
A major flaw in teamwork perk design Dead by Daylight They have activation requirements. Collective Stealth requires the user to be healed by someone else, while Power of Two requires the user to successfully heal someone. Not only that, but the perk effects last as long as the user and the other person involved are in close proximity to each other. At the moment, both teamwork benefits are completely outclassed by other benefits with similar effects.
Teamwork perks need rework to be more effective
Some serious rework may be required Dead by DaylightThe future for teamwork allowances to be relevant. Specifically, both of their requirements combined are very restrictive. One possibility is to trigger a temporary boost to perks that aren't restricted by proximity, while another option is to have an effect similar to Dwight's Leader perk, a nice effect that only works within a small range to balance it out. Future teamwork allowances, as well as reworking of the first two, may take this into account. By doing so, they can have a chance to be used more widely.
Survivor lore can make finding new teamwork perks difficult
Teamwork perks face another obstacle unrelated to gameplay, and that's backstories Dead by Daylightsurvivors. Teamwork Perks The survivors that came with Renato and Thalita were brother and sister, and it makes sense that they would have at least one perk that revolved around working together. Another teamwork perk would likely require another pair of survivors or survivors who have a backstory of working as a team or bonding strongly with others. Otherwise, such benefits may feel out of place. This is an unexpected complication, but makes the benefits of teamwork somewhat difficult to maintain for new survivors.
in between Dead by DaylightOf the perk types, they are probably the most overlooked because they don't stand out in any way. They are not abundant, and any special role they might have is overshadowed by less circumstantial benefits. That said, future teamwork allowances will certainly require changes in design to have any effect Dead by Daylight.
