Kuzan is one of the strongest characters in the world of One Piece. As a naval admiral, he would have had a bounty of 3 crowns on his head, equal to 3 billion berries. Now that he's a pirate, his bounty should be at least 3 billion berries, but given his activities as a pirate, it's likely to be higher.

Garp is the hero of the Marines and one of the most powerful people in the world a piece. Despite being incredibly old, Garp still retains much of his power. Recently, the Cross Guild placed a bounty of 3 crowns on his head, which is equal to three billion berries.

Garp wields all three types of Haki, and his control over the Supreme King's colors is quite incredible, as seen during his battle in Egghead where he fought alone against the Blackbeard Pirates.

While the admirals have been hunting until now, now they are being hunted by various pirates and other bounty hunters in the world of One Piece.
