Like most Shonen anime and manga, Bleach is dominated by strong male characters, but creator Tite Kubo also created many powerful female characters. Some of these female characters died during the Thousand-Year Blood War arc, but many survived the bloody conflict. AFter the events of the Thousand-Year Blood War are, it is fairly easy to tell who the strongest remaining female characters are.
Most of the strongest female Bleach characters at the end of the war are Captain-level Soul Reapers, but a few noteworthy Quincy and Arrancar survived, as well. Several of these women were presumed dead, but a series of canonical light novels revealed that they lived. Some fo these women are so strong that their full power can be felt throughout reality itself.

Rangiku Is Now The Most Senior Lieutenant Of The Gotei 13
Rangiku has been the Lieutenant of Squad 10 since Ichigo’s father was its Captain. During the Quincy Blood War, Rangiku helped Toshiro fight Bazz-B of the Sternritter, but she was ultimately taken down by Cang-Du, which was not surprising since his body was hard like iron and he possessed Toshiro’s Bankai. Rangiku’s Zanpakuto can tear an enemy apart when its blade transforms into pieces of ash.
Rangiku is strong enough to beat an Arrancar Fraccion in one-on-one combat. She was able to hold her own against Harribel’s three Fraccion, but she was eventually overwhelmed by their number’s advantage. Rangiku has the ability to unlock Bankai, which means she is close to Captain level, but her Zanpakuto is moody and lazy just like her, so it is taking longer to achieve than it should.

Giselle Is A Former Sternritter Who Can Control Others Like Puppets
Giselle was a member of the Sternritter, which means her spiritual energy was comparable to a Soul Reaper Captain’s. She was essentially immortal because of The Zombie, a Schrift that allowed her blood to take control of others. More blood was needed for Soul Reaper Lieutenants and Captains, and she could only take control of other Quincy if they were already dead.
Most fans assume Giselle died in the second season of the Thousand-Year Blood War when she attacked Yhwach with the rest of the Bambies. Not only does Giselle survive her injuries, she agrees to work with the Soul Reapers in exchange for the release of other Quincy survivors. The Zombie may not be as strong as it once was because Yhwach’s Auswahlen drained its power, but she can still use it.

Liltotto Is A Quincy Who Can Devour Anything
Liltotto is a former Sternritter who wields The Glutton, one of the more terrifying Schrifts in the series. It gives her the ability to shift her mouth into an extendable gaping maw with jagged teeth. Not only is Liltotto always hungry, she can eat whatever she wants. She devoured a fellow Sternritter during the second Sternritter invasion, which proves she can tear a Captain apart if given the chance.
Liltotto appeared to succumb to the wounds Yhwach inflicted on her, but like Giselle, she survives the attack. According to the Can’t Fear Your Own World Light Novel, Liltotto becomes the leader of the remaining Quincy after the war. She is the one who deals directly with the Soul Reapers. The Glutton may have lost some of its power, but Liltotto can still tear things apart with it, meaning she is still one of Bleach‘s strongest female characters.

Lisa Returns To The Soul Society As One Of The New Gotei 13 Captains
Lisa was the Lieutenant of Squad 8 over a century ago, and unlike most of the Visored, she did not rejoin the Gotei 13 until after the Thousand-Year Blood War arc. As a Visored, she can significantly enhance her speed and strength when she uses her Hollow mask. Not only can she cut down a Menos Grande with one hand, she can produce powerful Cero blasts.
During the Fake Karakura Town arc, Lisa fought against the Third Espada without much difficulty. Granted, she got help from Hiyori and Toshiro, but she kept up nonetheless. Lisa becomes the new Captain of Squad 8 after the war, which means she has achieved Bankai. She has not revealed her Bankai yet, but it must be melee oriented since her Shikai is a massive polearm.

Nelliel Can Now Use Her Full Power Without Transforming Back Into A Child
Nelliel was previously the Third Espada in Aizen’s Arrancar army, and now that Kisuke Urahara has given her the ability to remain in her adult form, she can access her full power whenever she wants. She easily overpowered Nnoitra Gilga, the Fifth Espada. Nnoitra’s body was so tough that only someone like Kenpachi Zaraki could cut him, yet Nelliel was also able to damage him.
Nel has the ability to absorb energy-based attacks like a Cero and fire it back at her opponent with a Cero of her own. She was able to withstand Askin Nakk Le Vaar’s Gift Ball Deluxe long enough to save Urahara and Grimmjow, which proves she still has immense spiritual energy. She gets even stronger when she releases her Resurreccion, which turns her into a centaur-like being with an extremely powerful lance.

Harribel Is Arguably The Strongest Arrancar In Hueco Mundo
The final generation of the Espada is widely regarded as the strongest, and Tier Harribel earned the rank of Third Espada. She is a Vasto Lorde-level Hollow, meaning her combat abilities surpass those of most Soul Reaper Captains. Following the events of the Fake Karakura Town arc, Harribel became the new ruler of Hueco Mundo, but she was easily defeated and captured by Yhwach when the Quincies invaded.
When Harribel releases her Resurreccion, she gains the ability to create and manipulate water. As a result, she was able to fight evenly with Toshiro Hitsugaya and his Bankai. Harribel fought Toshiro, Lisa, and Hiyori at the same time, and the only serious injury she sustained was when Aizen betrayed her. According to Can’t Fear Your Own World, Harribel is rescued and returns to ruling Hueco Mundo with Nel.

Rukia Rises Through The Ranks To Become The Captain Of Squad 13
Rukia became the new Lieutenant of Squad 13 before the Thousand-Year Blood War arc, and she unlocked a new level of power when she trained at the Soul King’s Palace. She learned the true nature of her Zanpakuto, and in doing so, she gained the ability to freeze targets at absolute zero. More importantly, Rukia unlocked her Bankai during this training
Hakka no Togame is a Bankai that deserved more screen time because of its beauty, but its power also deserves recognition. With it, Rukia can instantly freeze and destroy a sternritter like As Nodt, who was clearly Captain-level. Rukia becomes Squad 13’s new Captain several years after Yhwach’s defeat, making her one of the strongest Soul Reapers of the new era.

Yoruichi Is Arguably The Fastest And Most Skilled Martial Artist Character In The Series
More than a century ago, Yoruichi was the head of the Shihoin Clan, the commander of the Stealth Force, and the Captain of Squad 2. She has mastered Shunpo to such an extent that she earned the “Flash Goddess” nickname, and the argument can be made that she is the fastest Soul Reaper in Bleach. She is credited with creating Shunko, which combines Kido and martial arts, and it allows her to beat Captain-level opponents.
Askin Nakk Le Vaar was one of Yhwach’s royal guards, and Yoruichi would have defeated him easily if his Schrift did not make him immune to her spiritual energy. Aizen took out multiple Captains on his own, and Yoruichi was able to crack through his enhanced body. The only reason she was unable to do lasting damage to Aizen is because he was continuously evolving thanks to the Hogyoku.

Kirio Hikifune Is Stronger Than Most Of The Gotei 13 Captains
Squad Zero consists of five members, and this elite group is said to be stronger than the combined forces of the entire Gotei 13. Kirio is the Second Officer of Squad Zero, but prior to joining the group, she was the Captain of Squad 12. She received her promotion after creating the Gikon. It was believed that Kirio and the rest of Squad Zero died, but the Light Novel revealed that the entire squad was resurrected by Ichibe Hyosube.
Kirio never revealed her Shikai’s ability, but it looks like a large wok spatula. Her Bankai was sealed by the Blood Oath’s Seal, but its power can reverberate through the entire Soul Society. She created the Cage of Life, which she can use to block energy-based attacks. Kirio may not look like much of a fighter, but she held her own against Pernida Parnkgjas, the sentient Left Arm of the Soul King. She may have lost to Pernida, but she was not at full power, and she was going up against a literal God-like being.

Senjumaru Can Make Reality Itself Tremble When She Releases Her Full Power
Senjumaru was once a Gotei 13 Captain, but she was promoted to Squad Zero after creating the standard black outfit worn by every Soul Reaper. She personally defeated Nianzol, a Captain-level Sternritter, using only her Shikai, which takes the form of a sewing needle. Senjumaru’s full strength was revealed after the Blood Oath’s Seal was broken, and the subsequent release of her Bankai sent tremors through the Three Worlds.
With this Bankai, Senjumaru defeated all four of Yhwach’s royal guards, including god-tier beings like Lille Barro, Gerard Valkyrie, and Pernida. She also took out Jugram, the supreme commander of the Sternritter, and Uruyu, Yhwach’s chosen successor. This feat justifies her position as one of the strongest Soul Reapers of all time. The only reason they all survived is because Yhwach brought them back with Auswahlen, and she only lost because Uryu used the Antithesis to switch places with her. This means that Senjumaru’s only real defeat came at the hands of her own Bankai.
