Broly's possible meaning is that he will match Beerus one day
Debut Arc: The Broly Arc
This could be a controversial choice for Goku, Vegeta, Gohan, and Piccolo, especially considering how Broly is the least experienced of the 5 main heroes. Despite this, his potential is probably the greatest of them all, which can be seen by how he managed to overcome 2 Super Saiyan Blues in his first serious battle, even though he lost his mind in the process.
In the manga's presentation of the Super Hero arc, Beerus indicated that none of the main characters in the series are still close to his level, including Broly. However, his growth rate and unparalleled destructive power mean that he will inevitably match Beerus later down the line, and maybe even surpass him. His raw power in his basic Super Saiyan form was enough to match Beast Gohan and Divine Transformations, so with more training, Broly could unlock even stronger states.

Moro became an absolute nightmare for the heroes
Debut Arc: Galactic Patrol Prisoner Arc
Moro was an ancient evil that was active millions of years ago. After returning to the main setting, his power grew to astronomical proportions and many planets consumed his energy. However, eventually, he would reach his greatest status by absorbing Merus and gaining the ability to use Ultra Instinct, something that even Beerus could not do.
Despite this, this form is overcome and defeated by Mastered Ultra Instinct Goku, showing that Beerus still has the upper hand. However, Moro would then overflow with power and eventually become Planet Moro, a titanic monster whose power was so great that Beerus was about to move against him anyway, showing how close he was to Beerus in strength.

Vegito brings together the powers of Goku and Vegeta
Debut Arc: Goku Black Arc
in the world of Dragon BallFusions are more or less considered cheat codes, as they bring together the powers of two already powerful warriors and boost them to the top without any downsides. The first of these to be shown was Vegito, who made his long-awaited series return in the Goku Black arc.
In the current moment, Goku and Vegeta can use God Ki within themselves, making them the strongest humans in the Multiverse. Vegito adds to his strength and gets an extra boost on top of that, easily bringing him close to Beerus level, especially considering the possibilities of Goku and Vegeta using their divine transformation to fuse now.

Gogeta is a more stable fusion than Vegito
Debut Arc: The Broly Arc
Everything that is said about being so powerful in the case of Vegito can also be said about Gogeta, as both fusions are equal in all respects and only really differ in that their component personalities are more dominant, with Gogeta having more of Goku's personality and Vegito's favoritism. However, the real difference is in the stability of the fusion.
If the power of the fusion is too great, the potara earring goes out prematurely, the fusion dance gives 30 minutes of fusion regardless of the power output. Furthermore, if Gogeta is brought forward in the current era using Goku's Ultra Instinct and Vegeta's Ultra Ego, fans will see a perfect warrior who will be strong enough to defeat even Beerus.

All the Gods of Destruction exist around Beerus' level
Debut Arc: Vs Universe 6 Arc
In the multiverse of each universe Dragon Ball A Destroyer God is usually the strongest in that entire universe. Due to their ability to use the energy of destruction and terrifying hakai power, these figures are capable of destroying entire planets with a simple touch of their fingers.
in Dragon Ball Super In the manga, these destroyers had an exhibition match before the Tournament of Power, in which they all battled with everything they had. Although Beerus took them all at once and was one of the last 2 standing, proving himself to be the strongest destroyer, all of their powers were shown to be more or less relative, with only Beerus and Quitella definitely standing above the rest.

Black Frieza may be the first mortal at the Destroyer level
Debut Arc: Granolah Survivor Arc
The Granolah arc was one of the most shocking and exciting ways an arc has ever taken off, which saw Frieza return to the setting. However, this time, his strength in his brand-new Black Frieza state was so great that he managed to knock out Goku and Vegeta with a single hit, which is made even more impressive considering they are in their godlike forms.
The reason Frieza was able to do this was because he managed to undergo 10-year training in a hyperbolic time chamber, which harnessed his incredible abilities, making him the first mortal to reach the level of the Gods of Destruction, according to fans. While he may not be as strong as Beerus, he is certainly close to him and may be stronger than some of the weaker gods of destruction.
