Sung Jinwoo is widely regarded as one of the strongest anime characters in history. After becoming a player, Jinwoo gained several new powers, one of which was Shadow Necromancy. If a person or creature died in front of him, Jinwu could resurrect them as a shadow soldier.
Since then, he has used the ability several times and significantly increased the number of soldiers in his shadow army, but the ability does not have a 100% chance of success. Despite the odds, Jinwoo has gathered many incredible fighters. Since Jinwoo's story is so far gone, there are many other characters he could recruit into his Shadow Army in the future.

Go Gunhee was the first S-Rank Korean Hunter
Go Gunhee is the president of the Korean Hunters Association. He was the first S-rank Korean Hunter, making him one of the strongest fighters in the series. Sadly, Go Gunhee is far from his prime in the current timeline, meaning he can't fight as freely as he used to.
However, Go Gunhi is still above the level of most hunters, and this is because he is not an ordinary person. The truth is that he is a ruler's vessel, which gives him a ton of strength. Due to his old age, he cannot fight freely, but if he were to become a soldier in Jinwoo's army, things would be rather interesting. While Guo Gunhi lost his power as a vessel, he would still have the ability to become stronger, as Jinwu's shadow level could rise.

Thomas Andre is one of the five national level hunters in the series, and he battles many others to take down Commis, who is considered the strongest magical beast. After their victory, all five of them were honored all over the world.
Among them all, Thomas was the one who gained the most popularity, and he cemented himself as the strongest hunter in the world. the world of Single leveling is brutal and ruthless, so it wouldn't be surprising if Thomas Andre dies and joins Jinwoo's shadow army in future seasons. His addition, in particular, takes the hero's army to new heights.

Goto Ryuji stood above every Japanese hunter
Goto Ryuji was the strongest Japanese hunter and was involved in the Jeju Island Arc. He went to Korea to plan to kill ants on Jeju Island. Goto Ryuji was confident in his abilities, and he knew that the mission would be easy for the hunter with his skills.
Little did he know that he would not walk off Jeju Island alive. While Goto Ryuji was able to destroy regular ants without too much trouble, he was unable to do anything against the Ant King. The latter destroyed the Japanese hunter in the blink of an eye. When Sung Jinwu didn't turn Goto Ryuji into a soldier, one can't help but wonder how valuable he would have been in the Shadow Army.

Yuri Orloff had great deterrent powers
Yuri Orloff was Russia's strongest S-Rank Hunter. He was contacted by the Japanese Hunters Association, and they made him a very grand offer. With most of the Japanese S-rank hunters destroyed during the Jeju Island invasion, external assistance was needed to address the gate the government was about to open in the country.
Yuri considered himself an obstacle expert, and he was confident that he could close the gate without any problems. However, his illusion was shattered when he saw Vishal coming out of the gate. Unfortunately, Orloff was killed by the giants, leaving the fate of the country in Jinwu's hands. Jinwu saved the country, but he never got around to awakening Yuri Orloff as a soldier.

Kamish was considered the greatest enemy of mankind
Commis' arrival on Earth was one of the planet's greatest tragedies. The dangerous magical beast used its power and cut down the S-Rank Hunter one after another. Things looked bleak, but thankfully, Thomas Andre and his friends took matters into their own hands. After a fierce conflict, Kamish was removed.
Taking place many years before the rise of Jinwu, the hero had the chance to meet the deadly beast. He also managed to awaken Kamish, though it was only temporarily. Probably, the author didn't want to make Jinwu too powerful by giving him Kamis.
