Marineford
Marineford is widely agreed to be a piece A very good arc, as it saw the conclusion of pre-timeskip travel with the start of the Great War. Near the end of Marineford, Ace and Whitebeard die, and with the last stronghold defeated, the Marines set out to destroy the Whitebeard Pirates and their allies, including Monkey D. Luffy, who was in a state of shock after his brother's death.
Kobi started protesting to prevent the war from continuing and as a result, was almost killed by Akanu in the name of the rebels. This is where Shanks made his move after more than a decade of inactivity. Shanks and the Red Hair Pirates arrived just in time to stop the battle. Shanks saved Kobi's life by stopping Akanu's attack. This intervention of the red-haired pirates led to the Whitebeard Pirates and Monkey D. Allowing Luffy to return to safety as well. The arc's epilogue was also surprising, as it saw Luffy come to terms with his grief over the loss of his brother.

Fans can't wait to see them again after a long wait of over twenty years.

Yoshihiro Togashi has written some of the most iconic anime arcs of all time. While the vast majority consider the Chimera Ant arc to be their best, when the arc comes to a conclusion, the President Election arc reigns supreme.
This arc finally saw the proper introduction of the members of the Ging Freeccs and Zodiacs. It also featured Killua, the deuteragonist Hunter x HunterGo to extreme lengths in hopes of saving Gon after his great sacrifice in the Chimera Ant arc. At the end of this arc, siblings Killua and Alluka were able to heal Gon. Even better than Gon, he finally went on to achieve the goal he had set and faced many trials, which was meeting his father Ging. Ging and Gon meet and talk at the top of the World Tree. In the anime, it serves as a conclusion to the arc Hunter x Hunter series, making it even more iconic.

Sasuke Recovery Arc
Masashi Kishimoto has created many incredible arcs Naruto. While some of these early Naruto arcs have incredible conclusions, the Sasuke recovery arc, which predated the timeskip, was definitely one of the best. In the Sasuke recovery arc, Naruto, along with a group of other Genin, including Shikamaru Nara, Choji Akimichi, Neji Hyuga, Kiba Inuzuka, and Rock Lee, set out to prevent Sasuke from joining Orochimaru and losing himself.
The battles in this arc were intense, but what really makes this arc as memorable as it is, is its ending, which saw Sasuke face off against the hero and defeat him to join Orochimaru. This arc went on to set up the post-timeskip and enrich the bond between Naruto and Sasuke.

Jojo's Bizarre Adventure Part 6 Part 3 follows the story of Jolin Kujo, daughter of protagonist Jotaro Kujo. Part 6 definitely stands out as unique compared to the rest. It sees Jolin trying to escape from Green Dolphin Prison and save his father from Dio Brando loyalist Pucci.
The ending of Stone Ocean is definitely out of the ordinary for JoJo. Technically, Jolin, Jotaro and the others get lost and killed. However, due to the universe resetting and Emporio succeeding in stopping Pucci, Jolin and the others are reborn with new identities. This ending not only ends part 6 of Jojo but it also ends the entire story of this universe.

The Vinland Saga has become one of the most popular and iconic seinen series out there, and in large part, this is thanks to creator Makoto Yukimura's amazing story writing. Vinland Saga has its fair share of amazing arcs, though when it comes to endings, not many can compete with the conclusion of its battle arc in the anime.
The war arc ended near the end of season 1, immediately after a major war had unfolded, and Thorfinn was locked away in Askeladd for his father's murder years ago to exact his revenge. His conflicting feelings for Askeladd and his loss of purpose in life send him into slavery. But more than anything, it helps him develop as a character.

A long chase from Tenma follows, and here the story is finally tied together. All the secrets about Johann and his sister are finally unveiled, and the ending is pure joy.
The story of the monster. It begins with Tenma healing a small child who will one day become a serial killer. Monster's ending mirrors its first episode. When Johann Liebert is shot and about to die, Tenma chooses to perform life-saving surgery on him again, despite knowing everything he has done and could do. This ending ends the story and Dr. Tenma's inspiration is combined in a beautiful way that is hard to replicate.
