Nobara Kugisaki
Nobara is one of the main characters of Jujutsu Kaisen, and she was introduced much earlier in the story. Nobra wanted to be a powerful mage, and she seemed to have great potential. She grew up alongside Megumi and Yuji; However, while the other two got stronger, Nobara didn't, and it was just down to the fact that the author 'killed' her in the most shocking manner.
In fact, the plot of Nobara's death was handled very badly by Gege Akutami, and it could be said that her potential was completely destroyed, especially since she was one of the main characters. Nobara could have become a great mage, and potentially even the strongest female mage in the story. However, the author didn't give him that chance and only brought him back at the end, where he could barely do anything to reach the top level.

Megumi Fushiguro

Noritoshi Kamo

Kinji Hakari
Hakari was a third year student who possessed tremendous strength that could even rival Yuta Okkotsu. Gozo himself believed that one day, Hakari could possibly reach the same level as him.
Kinji Hakari had some incredibly powerful abilities up his sleeve, such as his private Pure Love Train technique and the Idol Death Gamble Domain. Despite that, his full power was never really shown. At the Shinjuku Showdown, he never once traded blows with Tsukuna. Although he fought against Urume, the entire fight was done off-screen by the writer, and he was just insignificant in the grand scheme of things, which is a shame because he really was a phenomenal fighter for most of the day. Even in Modulo, JJK's sequel, Hakari, is not mentioned, making her even more irrelevant.
