a piece Features a cast of incredibly powerful villains written very well by Eiichiro Oda. from the beginning, a piece featured some well-written and compelling villains, all of whom retain some level of importance in the story, decades later, even in the final saga.
Oda's story is no stranger to reintroducing old characters and giving them more important, larger roles. As such, some characters, including villains, are set to make new appearances in the final saga. In fact, several villains have already appeared and cemented big roles for themselves in this segment of the story, and more are on the way.
15 years later, Oda is officially upgrading Luffy's Haki to Elbaf
After slowly building up Luffy's Haki, Eiichiro Oda is giving him the rarest Haki upgrade previously wielded by Roger, Oden, and Garp.
Anel
Anel is one of the greatest and most important villains in the story a piece And who will inevitably return at some point in the story. After his fall on the Scipia Ark, Enel traveled to the moon, where he discovered the secrets of an ancient civilization.
There, Enel also fought against the Space Pirates and began working with the Automata's army. Given her incredible knowledge as well as immense Devil Fruit powers, Enel's return in the final saga is inevitable at this point.
Charlotte Katakuri

Last seen: All of Cake Island
Charlotte Katakuri He was the main antagonist that Luffy faced throughout the entire Cake Island arc and definitely a character that won the hearts of fans. Katakuri engages in a fierce battle with Luffy, which turns into a battle of ideals. He lost this battle with Luffy, but the two gained a great deal of respect for each other. Since then, fans have been eagerly waiting for Katakuri's return to the main story, and it looks like this comeback is now just around the corner.
With the fall of Big Mom and Perospero throughout the Cake Island arc, it's pretty clear that Katakuri has now taken control of the remnants of the Big Mom pirates, and he wants to see his family safe and sound. As such, the best move for him would be to ally with the Straw Hat Pirates. In that sense, this particularly powerful pirate is sure to join hands with Luffy in the final saga and aid him in his war against the World Government. For now, he's only been seen in glimpses, like during Vegapunk's speech, but his return is inevitable.
big mother
big mother is one of the most important antagonists of the whole a pieceWhen she stood tall as one of the four emperors of the sea. In the Wano arc, Big Mom fell into Kid and Law's ally efforts, but it was clear that her powers were greater. After her fall, Big Mom is not shown in the story again. The Big Mother pirates were searching for her after a catastrophic eruption at Wano's underground volcano, but it is unclear if they ever found her.
While he is presumed dead, Oda does not explicitly confirm his death, and more often than not, characters with such status return. More than that, Big Mom was a freak of nature with durability of the highest order, and it wouldn't be out of the ordinary for her to survive the explosion in Wano. It's also important to note that at her core, Big Mom isn't a bad person and actually resembles Luffy in more ways than one. With that in mind, his return in the final saga will certainly be exciting, especially if he teams up with the Straw Hat Pirates.
One Piece: 6 Characters from the Rox Era who can defeat Luffy
Luffy is strong, but he has yet to get through these Rox Age legends in one piece.
Kaido
Kaido Like Big Mother was one of the four emperors of the sea, and he also fell into the Wano Country arc. They were both thrown into an underground volcano that erupted, and their fates have been unknown ever since. If Big Mom manages to survive this catastrophic explosion, then by all accounts, Kaido will survive as well due to her incredible durability.
Kaido had been waiting for Joy Boy's return in his own way, and after losing to Luffy, he realized that he had fought Joy Boy. In that sense, Kaido's role in the story will change completely if he returns, and it is possible that he will ally with Joy Boy instead of opposing him. This comeback will surely be exciting for all the fans to watch, and the chances of that happening are high.

Don Krieg
Don Krieg East Blue was first revealed to fans, especially in the Barati arc, where he emerged as a villain. From then on, he was completely cut from the story, only to return to Egghead. Don Krieg is briefly seen on Pirate Island while Vegapunk's speech is in progress. Not much has been revealed about her since then, but Oda is sure to give this particular character an important role if they bring her back.
It must be remembered that Krieg faced complete destruction on the Grand Line, and even with 30 ships he did not survive there more than a week. The fact that he has now made it to the new world suggests that he is very strong. It seems that he has allied himself with the Blackbeard Pirates, which means that he will definitely play an important role in the story moving forward.
Gin
Gin Don was Krieg's right-hand man, and he too played an important role in the Baraati arc a piece. It appears that he has returned to the story, as he is clearly seen on Pirate Island in the Egghead arc.
While his role in the story is currently unclear, it appears that he has allied himself with the Blackbeard Pirates, which means that later down the line, he will have an important role to play. Jin promises to see Sanji again on the high seas, and the two will likely be reunited soon.
Doflamingo
Donquixote Doflamingo One of the best written villains in the world a piece who fell into the Dressrosa arch. Since then, he's been imprisoned in Impel Down and only appears when Oda wants to throw some extra exposition at the World Government, specifically Emu.
Doflamingo is currently rotting in Impel Down, but his return is imminent. He's going to break free from prison sooner rather than later, and when he does, he'll once again unleash his chaos on the world. It's highly likely that Doflamingo will oppose the World Government in any war he fights alongside the Cross Guild, and that's why his character arc looks incredibly exciting going forward.
