How to get nighttime emotes
As of now, there are two ways to snag emotes in the game:
Buy from the store
The simplest way to get emotions Cut at night By picking them up from the store. To do so, just follow these steps:

Click on the cart icon on the left side of the screen (it only appears when you're in the lobby, not in-game).

Select any character under the Animatronics or Survivors section and hit the “Emotes” tab.

Scroll through the list and hit “Buy” on any emote you want.
Each of these fun tricks will cost you some scrap, so make sure to stock up beforehand.
Any emotion received from survivors can be used by all survivalists (eg, client, combatant, therapist, security guard). Meanwhile, any emotion gained from the Assassins can be equipped by all animatronics (eg, The Rotten, The Project, The Doppelgänger).
Get the VIP GamePass
The game also offers special emotions that are only accessible through the VIP Pass. While this may initially seem daunting to free-to-play players, it's actually more manageable than that. The VIP Pass can be purchased using scraps (the in-game currency), which means you need to save up 15,000 scraps. You can earn this by redeeming codes, collecting daily login rewards and playing games regularly. Once you have enough money, here's how to claim it:

Go to the game store by clicking on the cart icon.

Click on the robux icon to enter the premium section.

Select VIP under the Gamepass section and purchase it with Scrap or Robux.
It gives you a “smiling” feelingwhich can be equipped on any Survivalist-type character with additional perks. More may be added in the future.
How to use emotes in night bite
To use emotions in Cut at nightYou must first add them to your emote page. It works as a layout with four slots, meaning you can set up to four animations to use in a round. Here's how you can do it:

Access your inventory by tapping the backpack icon on the side of the screen (while in the lobby).

Select Survival or Animatronics, then tap the hanger icon on the character's profile.

Open the Emotes section, press “Equip” and choose one of the four quick slots.
Once that's done, players can actually use emotes in the game by following these steps:

While in the lobby or in-game, press “B” to access your emote page.

Select any emote you want to display.
Since quick slots are limited and there are so many exciting moves to perform (20 for Survivors and 4 for Assassins), you can unlock an additional emote page by purchasing from the in-game shop. It's called the “Second Emote Page” Game Pass, costs 8,500 Scrap, and gives you four extra slots.
