One reason Bleach became part of the Big Three is that it’s filled with strong characters with unique abilities. Some of these characters are overpowered because their abilities are inherently broken, and they would still be overpowered if they appeared in another shonen series. Several Bleach characters, for example, would destroy every character in the One Piece universe.
All the Bleach characters who can wipe out One Piece‘s character list are Captain-level or above. Most of them are Soul Reapers who can take out any One Piece pirate, Marine, or supernatural being with their Bankai. A former Espada can end characters with his mere presence, and a pair of Quincy can realistically take on the entire One Piece universe at once.

Kisuke Urahara Coulud Take Down Any One Piece Character With His Bankai, Kido, and Intellect
Kisuke Urahara is the former Captain of Squad 12, and Yhwach named him one of the Five Special War Powers because of his intellect and his unpredictable and cunning strategies. He came up with ways to fight Aizen, an overpowered immortal being, and Askin Nakk Le Varr, one of Yhwach’s Royal Guards. With his intellect, Kisuke can develop countermeasures for every pirate and Marine in One Piece, including Devil Fruit users.
Kisuke excels at Kido and can restrain or destroy any Devil Fruit user. His Bankai, Kannonbiraki Benihime Aratame, has the power to restructure everything within its area of effect. This means Kisuke can manipulate matter. This Bankai would tear straight through Armament and Conqueror’s Haki. Even Kaido’s near-indestructible body would be ripped to shreds. Logia intangibility would not work because elements can be manipulated. Imu and the Knights of God may have immortality and regeneration, but Kisuke could permanently alter their bodies to restrict their movements and then trap them in a seal of his own making.

Senjumaru Shutara Could Weave Specific Counters for Every One Piece Character With Her Bankai
As a member of Squad 0, the argument can be made that Senjumaru is Bleach‘s strongest female character. Senjumaru possesses incredible speed, and her Shikai manifests as a sewing needle that can kill most of One Piece‘s characters because she could alter their clothes before they could even blink. With these alterations, she could impale these characters multiple times with hidden spikes.
If Senjumaru was present at Marineford, she could have wiped out both sides with her Bankai. Shatatsu Karagara Shigarami no Tsuji creates an enclosed space that would weave tapestries designed to counter and destroy each character. For example, every Devil Fruit user would be trapped in a tapestry where they drown in seawater. Those without Devil Fruits, like Vice-Admiral Garp, could have their finishing moves reflected back at them. Someone like Imu and the Five Elders could be struck with fabricated advanced Conqueror’s Haki attacks to negate their immortality.

Toshiro Hitsugaya Could Shatter Every One Piece Character After Nullifying Their Abilities With His Bankai

Toshiro Hitsugaya may be the youngest Soul Reaper Captain, but he is also one of the strongest. He wields Hyorinmaru, one of the few Zanpakuto that could have defeated Yhwach. Its Shikai could defeat most One Piece characters because it produces ice dragons and other structures that can freeze most characters solid. His Bankai, Daiguren Hyorinmaru, gives him access to more ice, so there are One Piece characters who can counter it, but no one could keep up with his fully mature Bankai.
While in this state, Toshiro can flash-freeze anyone or anything with a simple hand gesture. If anyone physically touches Toshiro while he uses this Bankai, they will also freeze. What makes this ice dangerous is the fact that it nullifies an opponent’s movements and abilities. Whether it is a Logia user, a Mythical Zoan user, a giant, or a fish-man, Toshiro could freeze them in ice and shatter their bodies. Even Imu and his minions would die because their immortality would be negated.

Ichibe Hyosube Could Take Away Every One Piece Character’s Power and Wipe Them Out Using His Zanpakuto’s Ink
As the leader of Squad 0, Ichibe Hyosube is likely the strongest Soul Reaper of all time. He has lived for thousands of years, and his vast knowledge and experience classify him as one of the Five Special War Powers. Ichibe’s power involves names, and his Zanpakuto takes the form of a large calligraphy brush. This may not sound impressive, but he is incredibly powerful. If Ichibe hits Kaido with his Zanpakuto, he would cut the former Yonko’s name in half, and half of his strength and durability would instantly disappear.
The same would happen to Luffy, Shanks, Blackbeard, and Imu. If he releases his Shikai, Ichibe will produce ink that can nullify someone’s powers. He also gains the power of anyone who possesses the color black, which means he coulud use advanced Conqueror’s Haki to counter immortality and Logia intangibility. As a result, he could bind anyone and use Futen Taisatsuryo to take all the darkness from their body until not even their soul remains.

Baraggan Could Turn Every One Piece Character to Dust With His Resurreccion
As the Second Espada, Baraggan was one of the most powerful Arrancar in Aizen’s army. He represented death brought about by time and old age, which is why he possessed time-based abilities. In his base form, Baraggan emits a time dilation field that makes dodging attacks easy, and if he physically touches someone, he can force that specific limb or body part to age until it withers away.
Observation Haki and specialized Devil Fruit abilities could counter this version of Baraggan, but the Espada would be invincible if he releases his Resurreccion. While in this skeletal form, everything around Baraggan rapidly ages until it turns to dust. It does not matter how strong someone’s Armament and Conqueror’s Haki is; it cannot stop Baraggan’s rapid aging. Melee attacks are meaningless, and so are elemental and energy-based attacks, which means Logia users would age too. Baraggan could destroy any One Piece character by simply walking up to them.

Gremmy Could Counter Every Devil Fruit User and Every Character With His Imagination

It’s odd that Gremmy was not part of Yhwach’s Royal Guard because he wields one of the most broken abilities in anime history. Thanks to The Visionary, Gremmy has the power to bring his imagination to life. He can create living beings and erase them just as easily. He can alter someone’s body and summon advanced weapons or meteors out of thin air.
If Gremmy goes up against an army of Yonko-level Devil Fruit users, he could imagine them all trapped in a sphere of water, and they would drown. He could also nullify all their powers by imagining Seastone handcuffs on their wrists, and then blast them with missiles. Terrifying characters like Kaido, Loki, and Imu could be turned into harmless teddy bears. He could turn every sword in One Piece into a foam sword or pool noodle, and he could shatter Luffy’s body by imagining it is made of glass instead of rubber. Everyone else can be wiped out by the aforementioned meteors.

Genryusai Shigekuni Yamamoto Could Erase Every One Piece Character With His Zanpakuto
Captain Commander Yamamoto founded the Gotei 13 and led them for more than 1,000 years because he was considered the Soul Society’s strongest Soul Reaper. Aizen possesses immeasurable spiritual energy, and he feared Yamamoto so much that he created an Arrancar to counter his Zanpakuto specifically. This is because Yamamoto wielded the strongest fire-type Zanpakuto.
Yamamoto’s Shikai releases flames that are so intense they could incinerate 99% of One Piece‘s characters with a single slash. Luffy and other Yonko-caliber characters could survive this Shikai, but Yamamoto’s Bankai is on another level. When used, all of Yamamoto’s flames are condensed into the blade, and he could erase someone like Kaido or Imu with a single tap. While active, Yamamoto’s body is encased in a heat shield that burns as hot as the sun, meaning even Logia users would burn up if they get close to him.

Gerard was one of Yhwach’s Royal Guards, and he was one of the few Bleach villains who should have never lost because his power is inherently broken. As the sentient heart of the Soul King, Gerard had the innate ability to perform miracles. In essence, this ability deals with probability manipulation, which is overpowered in battle because it is essentially a cheat code.
If every pirate, Marine, Knight of God, giant, fish-man, swordsman, and marksman attacked Gerard at once, the odds of him winning would be close to 0%. If he is killed, The Miracle will bring him back to life bigger and stronger than before. In fact, he would be strong enough to take on everyone at once. He could choose to crush them or vaporize them with energy blasts. Logia users are intangible, but Gerard’s power would allow him to hit them as if he had Haki. Even if Imu is immortal, Gerard could eventually kill him because the odds would turn in his favor.
