So far Sarada has used Ohirume Boruto: Two Blue Vortexes Three times, first to defeat Shinju Ryu, then against Mamushi's clones, and finally in a failed attempt due to exhaustion. However, Sarada uses the strongest Mangekyo Sharingan abilities along with other MS abilities compared to Ohirume.

Amaterasu
Areas of Ohirume can absorb black flames
Itachi Uchiha is one of the most famous users of Amaterasu. This Mangekyo Sharingan ability is based on flame, and generates black flames that originate from the underworld and burn targets with the intensity of the sun. True to its name, Amaterasu cannot be extinguished by normal means and requires unorthodox methods to counter it.
While Amaterasu's fire is notoriously difficult to extinguish, getting rid of Sarada Uchiha's Ohirume becomes even more challenging once the target is drawn into her black spheres, the constant gravitational pull making escape extremely difficult and demanding extreme strength. Sarada can only use Ohirume's black balls to absorb the flames.

Object Manipulation Techniques
Ohirum's gravity control beats object manipulation in power
Even without an active Mangekyo Sharingan, Shin Uchiha can use object manipulation techniques. Object Manipulation is a telekinetic ability triggered by the mark placed by the Shin Uchiha on his target, whether they be objects or living beings. This Mangekyo Sharingan ability is one of the simplest, as it allows Shin to control marked targets at will.
As such, Sarada's Ohirume surpasses Shin Uchiha's Mangekyo Sharingan ability in terms of difficulty, power, and control. Once Sarada generates the four black spheres of Ohirum, she immediately gains the ability to manipulate gravity and can even jump like any normal Otsutsuki.

Genjutsu
Ordinary Genjutsu may be ineffective against Sarada
Genjutsu is a key Mangekyo Sharingan ability that almost every Uchiha uses in both. Naruto and Boruto. To put it simply, genjutsu traps enemies in a high level of confusion that only those with a high Mangekyō Sharingan can hope to quickly break free of, resist, or counteract.
While genjutsu is highly effective against non-Uchiha, it is nearly ineffective against those with strong eye abilities. If Sarada had fallen under the Uchiha genjutsu, activating her Mangekyo Sharingan could easily sense and disrupt the illusion. With Ohirume, she can probably deal more damage to the genjutsu's caster.

Blaze Release: Kagutsuchi

In short, Blaze Release: Kagutsuchi is just an improved and more versatile version of Amaterasu. This Mangekyo Sharingan ability is unique to Sasuke Uchiha's right eye, allowing him to manipulate Amaterasu's fire for both offensive and defensive purposes.
At will, Sasuke can expand or shrink black flames and shape them around his body. Even then, Sarada's Ohirume deals a lot of damage to her opponents, as she quickly crushes Shinju Ryu's body once it's completely taken out.

Hinokagutsuchi
Ohirume's destructive power far exceeds Hinokagutsuchi's application
Hinokagutsuchi mirrors Sasuke's Blaze Release: Kagutsuchi in many ways. Given how this technique allows Indra Ōtsutsuki to manipulate Amaterasu's flames at will in its wider applications in battle, Hinokagutsuchi requires an advanced level of control and power.
While Otsutsuki wielded Hinokagutsuchi, Sarada's Ohirume is still a highly advanced technique in its own right. Manipulating black flames alone is not enough to overcome the gravity manipulation provided by Sarada Uchiha's Ohirum ability. Even a Shinju clone like Ryu with immense regeneration ability died instantly after being crushed by his sphere!

Blaze Release: Honoikazuchi
Ohirume is more versatile than Honoikazuchi
Sasuke Uchiha can use Blaze Release: Honoikazuchi without the Mangekyo Sharingan, as shown in the anime. Whether or not this is an inconsistency, the fact that he can use it with regular sharing suggests that this technique may not be as demanding or powerful as other Mangekyo Sharingan abilities, including Sarada's Ohirume.
With Blaze Release: Honoikazuchi, Sasuke can surround himself with Amaterasu's flames as he approaches his target. Once he makes contact, Sasuke can manipulate the flames into spikes, using them to impale his opponents in the process. While Blaze Release: Honoikazuchi is deadly, it still requires Sasuke to get close to the target first, unlike Sarada Uchiha, who can pull opponents towards her area as long as they stay within her visual range.

Susanoo Great Fireball Technique
Ohirum is much harder to eliminate and avoid than Susanoo's fireballs
Sasuke Uchiha's Susanoo has access to several techniques, including the Great Fireball, which allows him to unleash multiple fireballs and expand to the size of a Tailed Beast Bomb when attacking his opponents. He can also use it to summon deadly thunder clouds straight into the sky.
However, the Great Fireball technique is relatively easy to pull off, as it does not explode on impact, giving targets the opportunity to defend against it or redirect it. Compared to Sarada Uchiha's Ohirume, which constantly prevents targets from escaping after being caught, the Great Fireball Technique offers a much higher chance of survival when faced in combat.

Kotomatsukami
Ohirume wins in a power-based matchup
Shisui Uchiha's Kotoamatsukami is one of the strongest yet underrated Mangekyo Sharingan abilities. Naruto. In essence, Kotomatsukami allows Shisui to throw powerful genjutsu at his victims without them realizing they are delusional. Once the technique takes effect, Shisui can manipulate the target at will.
However, its long cooldown is one of Kotomatsukami's biggest weaknesses. In the battle between Sarada Uchiha and Shisui, the outcome will largely depend on how they manage to activate their Mangekyo Sharingan ability. In terms of raw destructive power, Sarada Uchiha's Ohirume clearly comes out on top.
