Aside from Luffy, Zoro, Sanji, and Jinbe, one can definitely tell Nico Robin is the strongest member of the Straw Hat Pirates. Robin proved how strong she is by defeating Black Maria without hockey. She again showed great bravery against St. Somer at Elbaf.
Robin's ability is the greatest in battle, and unlocking Haki can take him to Jinbei's preferred level. Robin, after awakening Haki, and potentially an awakened Devil Fruit will be unstoppable.
Brooke
To unlock Haki: Armament Haki
Brooke Not the strongest Straw Hat Pirate out there, but he's shown time and time again how useful he can be both in and out of battle. Brooke didn't get her own battle in Wano, but she helped Robin a lot. If Brooke gets Armament HockeyHe can be useful against a lot of enemies up front and can even start getting fights of his own.
Frankie

Frankie Aside from the main four fighters, the Straw Hats have proven over the last few arcs to be one of the best fighters the Pirates have to offer. Franky was able to defeat Sasaki in Wano, and in Egghead, he defeated the Vice Admiral with one punch. He may soon have bigger enemies to face. Frankie really needs Armament Hockey To be able to keep up with enemies ahead.
Uruge
Haki to unlock: Armament Haki, Observation Haki
Known as the Mad Monk, Uruge is one of the members of The Worst Generation, and fans have never seen him fully engaged in the story. Uruge's current whereabouts are unknown, and the last thing fans know is that he defeated Snack, the sweet commander of the Big Mom Pirates. It is unknown if he already has hockey or not, but if he doesn't, he will definitely be a strong contender. Unlock both Armament and Observation Haki In the final saga.
Nami
