Introduced in Dragon Ball Super In the manga's Granolah the Survivor Saga, the Cerelians are a race nearly extinct by the Saiyans shortly before Frieza destroys Planet Vegeta with his supernova. The only one left is Cerelian Granolah, which Burdock rescued and preserved from the gas years ago. Cerelians have evolved to a point where their right eye grants them incredible accuracy, allowing Granolah to easily snipe enemies from afar and target their critical objects.

After wishing to become the strongest warrior in Universe 7 in the Cerrelian Dragon Balls, Granolah trades much of his remaining life span to gain access to some of the most powerful technologies in the multiverse. Doing so unlocks Granolah's full potential, making his left eye as useful and accurate as his right eye. In his full power Cerulean state, Granolah surpasses both Ultra Ego Vegeta and Ultra Instinct Goku, giving him powers rivaled only by gas.

As a heater, Gas wears a power limiter that prevents him from going out of control in his inner nature unleashed form. Once Elec learns that Granolah has become the greatest warrior in Universe 7, he heads to Serial and gathers the Dragon Balls to make Gas the strongest being in the universe. Unlike Granolah's will, Elec's will make him gas age any time someone crosses him. At the end of the arc, Gas is on the verge of death as an old man, but stronger than ever.

Gaining full control of his inner nature, the gas awakens to his awakened form. Awakened Gas was the second most powerful villain Dragon Ball Super At the time of his death, defeating Full Power Granolah, True Ultra Instinct Goku, and Ultra Ego Vegeta. The only reason the Awakened Gas lost in the end is because Black Frieza was outside of Universe 7 at the time of Elek's Will, which means that Gas's body fails to register Frieza's power and does not age.

Since Piccolo is half-Kami, Shenron gives an additional bonus that becomes Piccolo's orange form. Piccolo awakens his orange transformation while fighting Gamma 2. The power boost Orange Piccolo gets is huge, taking him to Perfect Ultra Instinct Goku and Ultra Ego Vegeta after Granolah the Survivor Saga.

Orange Piccolo is currently one of the five most powerful characters Dragon Ball SuperAnd Gohan was the only fighter other than Beast able to actually take down Cell Max – a foe Piccolo truly believed Goku and Vegeta couldn't defeat. as Dragon Ball Super Chapter 103, Orange Piccolo is one of the few characters strong enough to rival Black Frieza. Orange Piccolo hasn't fought since his battle with Cell Max, but if he does participate in the Super Saiyan Battle Royale DBS 103, he would have given Goku and Vegeta a real challenge.

Vegeta unlocked Ultra Ego during Granolah the Survivor Saga. By tapping into his destructive powers, Vegeta is able to unleash all of his energy into transformations designed around pure destruction. Ultra Ego is the antithesis of Ultra Instinct, focused on raw power rather than spontaneous movement and inner peace. Ultra Ego increases Vegeta's power level immensely, while he gets stronger the longer he fights and the more damage he takes.

With this in mind, Ultra Ego has near infinite potential. The problem with Ultra Ego is that the form makes Vegeta almost numb to pain, so he exhausts himself before finally finishing off his enemies. That said, Ultra Ego in its base state is already stronger – if not slightly stronger – than Goku's Perfect Ultra Instinct, which he spent many arcs mastering. With a little training, Ultra Ego can eliminate the single strongest form Dragon Ball.

Perfect Ultra Instinct

Users: Goku, Moro

Goku eventually mastered Ultra Instinct in the Galactic Patrol Prisoner Saga. Perfected Ultra Instinct gives Goku a massive power boost, speed boost, defense boost, allows him to easily dodge and counter any attack, and lets him project his Ki into a giant spirit avatar. By absorbing Merus' powers, Moro also gains access to a version of Perfect Ultra Instinct, but his mastery of the form is much weaker than Goku's and his body cannot contain Angel Ki without destroying it from within.

Perfected Ultra Instinct is the most broken form of God in the series, bringing Goku down to Angel level. as Dragon Ball Super In the manga's Super Hero Saga epilogue, Goku can activate Perfect Ultra Instinct whenever he wants, much more than he can win during Granolah the Survivor Saga. While Ultra Ego gives Vegeta more raw power, Perfected Ultra Instinct is a flawless transformation now that Goku has fully mastered it.

True Legendary Super Saiyan

The legendary Super Saiyan form is an extremely powerful transformation that rivals even the strongest warriors in the multiverse. in Dragon Ball Super: BrolyLegendary Super Saiyan Broly actually stunned Super Saiyan Gogeta, forcing him to use Super Saiyan Blue to defeat him. The legendary Super Saiyan's weakness is that its users cannot fully control its powers, as seen with both Broly in the movie and Kale earlier in the Tournament of Power. True Legendary Super Saiyan refers to a version of the form where the user can control their emotions.

Both Kale and Kefla use a true legendary Super Saiyan form Dragon Ball Super Anime. Broly finally unlocked the True Legend Super Saiyan version when Gohan fought the Beast Dragon Ball Super Chapter 103. Notably, Psycho Jump confirmed that true Legendary Super Saiyan Broly would have been strong enough to defeat Super Saiyan Blue Gogeta if he had controlled his full power in time, making TLSSJ one of the strongest God-level forms in the entire franchise.

An extension of his ultimate transformation from the end Dragon Ball ZGohan Beast brings out all of Gohan's latent powers (and more), giving him boosts in strength, speed, defense, and accuracy unlike any other form in the series. Gohan Beast easily destroys Cell Max, crowning himself the strongest Z-Fighter in the series.

in Dragon Ball Super In the manga, Gohan visits Beerus' planet where he clashes with Goku. Gohan Beast is so strong and fast, he outlasts Goku and knocks him out of Perfected Ultra Instinct. Later, Gohan Beast's power is so high that Broly's body registers him as a greater threat, triggering the True Legendary Super Saiyan to fight him alone. Even so, Gohan Beast effortlessly tosses TLSSJ Broly around like he's nothing. Gohan's Beast is very powerful, which actually makes him a viable candidate to replace Beerus as Universe 7's God of Destruction.

Black Frieza

After training for ten years inside the hyperbolic time chamber he found outside of Universe 7, Frieza not only surpassed all living mortals in the multiverse, he unlocked a brand-new transformation far stronger than any other form in the series. Black Frieza is an absolutely monstrous form, especially considering Dragon Ball Super Its full power has not yet been shown. In Granolah the Survivor Saga, Frieza powers up, kills Gas, and then takes out Ultra Instinct Goku and Ultra Ego Vegeta.

No need to wear black frieze any Try to defeat the three most powerful warriors in Universe 7 in a few seconds. If he wanted to, Frieza could have killed Goku and Vegeta right then and there. Fighting at 100% full power, Black Frieza could honestly be stronger than Beerus and some Angels. There is no telling how strong Black Frieza really is.
