While Loki's past is certainly interesting, his abilities are even more intriguing. Loki has Ryu Ryu no Mi, Model: Nidhogg, a legendary Zoan-type Devil Fruit previously used by the God of War. His Devil Fruit allows him to transform into a ginormous dragon that can shoot blasts of lightning and ice. Furthermore, Loki can use all kinds of Haki. Considering he was able to defeat Harald, the same person who Davy D. Having gone toe-to-toe with Zebek, it's safe to say that Loki will stop Mihawk in a fight.

Sakazuki

Sakazuki is the Fleet Admiral of the Marines, making him the highest ranking officer within the organization. In addition to having the authority to send thousands of soldiers to any location, Sakazuki also has special powers of his own. For starters, his physical prowess is far superior to that of any normal human. After all, he was able to withstand the brunt of Whitebeard's attack without sustaining any serious injuries.

Furthermore, Sakazuki possesses Magu Magu no Mi, a powerful Logia-type Devil Fruit, which allows him to create and control magma at will. The Devil Fruit is also said to have immense destructive power, increasing its damage output. Sakazuki is confirmed to have at least two types of Haki, and he also has Conqueror's Haki. After all, he was able to use Roger's divine departure when he was only 15 years old.

The incident made it clear that Shanks was a genius who mastered the art of hockey at such a young age. Over time, Shanks' control has only improved, and currently, he is the best Haki user in the world. He can also use his Conqueror's Haki to prevent his opponent from using Future Vision.
