At one point in Boruto, Sasuke couldn't scratch Jigen in battle, even with the support of Naruto Uzumaki. However, it was clearly seen in Boruto: Two Blue Vortexes Chapter 5 On December 20, 2023, Sasuke was able to seriously injure Kode without his Rinnegan and take his eye, despite being much stronger than Kode Jigen. In this particular chapter, a mechanical prosthetic arm was developed specifically for Naruto by Katasuke. This arm has great power and is essentially a copy of Momoshiki Otsutsuki's Rinnegan.

For those who don't remember, Momoshiki possessed the abilities to absorb any form of chakra from his hand, which would then become his own. Another ability he could use with his other Rinnegan was to pump out this chakra by making it many times stronger. While the absorption part of this prosthetic arm was fully functional, Katasuke was still working on the release, and it was officially confirmed that this prosthetic arm was still a prototype and was still being developed.
Three years have passed since then, and it is very likely that this prototype is now fully developed, which means that upon returning, Naruto Uzumaki could potentially use this new Otsutsuki Jutsu, which would make him extremely powerful.

Considering the fact that the talented scientist Amado is still in the village, the hand is more likely to be given to Naruto. Using his superior intelligence, this artificial arm's banishing ability would have been fulfilled as well, meaning Naruto would officially be in charge of the powerful Otsutsuki Rinnegan Jutsu. He can then use it to massively power himself up and, at the same time, take down enemies stronger than Otsutsuki's level.

With the power of this prosthetic arm, Naruto Uzumaki will be stronger than ever. In fact, Naruto's strength could be increased even more if this prosthetic arm was made from Hashirama cells and added to his current arm. As a principle in the Naruto series, Hashirama cells boost a person's regeneration rate along with overall chakra. Most importantly, they provide the user with Wood Release Kekkei Genkai.
