Seasons change every week Forza Horizon 6, And you will be given new challenges to take on. Completing these challenges earns you various rewards. Included in these are the Daily Challenges, which, as their name suggests, are released daily and available for a limited time. One of these is the Short Circuit Challenge, and it requires players to complete a lap of the Shimanoyama circuit in a 1980s vehicle. The problem is, some players are finding that the challenge isn't fully marked, even if they meet the criteria. Here's what you need to know to complete this challenge Forza Horizon 6.

How to complete the Undersea skill in Forza Horizon 6 (Smash a Seaweed Farm).
Get some extra Horizon Festival points by smashing into some seaweed in FH6.
Where to find the Shimanoyama circuit
The Shimanoyama Circuit can be found in the Shimanoyama area on the west side of the map. It is directly southwest of the pale green areas on your map and directly north of the Horizon Festival site. I've included a screenshot of its location on the map below.
How to complete the short circuit challenge
The Short Circuit Challenge requires players to complete a lap of the Shimanoyama circuit in any 1980s vehicle. However, this should be a Horizon Festival event. To do this, look for the blue icon called Circuit in a nearby Shimanoyama and press X when you're close enough. The event is called Eclectic Domestics and requires you to drive very slow, old vehicles around a track. The event is a 5-lap race and can be completed in less than five minutes.
You need to complete a lap in a car from the 1980s, so make sure you select or purchase any of the following to complete the event:
-
Nissan BE-1 (1987)
-
Honda City E II (1984)
-
Nissan S-Cargo (1989)
While the Short Circuit Challenge requires you to complete a lap of the Shimanoyama Circuit, you need to complete all five laps of the event to register it. Once the event is over, proceed through the post-race screens showing the results and winners on the podium and return to the open world. When you do, you should find that a short circuit challenge completion notification pops up in the bottom center of your screen.
This will earn you 5,000 credits and give you one season point towards rewards for the current season. Keep in mind that you need to complete these daily challenges within the time limit shown on the Festival Playlist menu screen, right next to the respective challenge.
Just driving around the Shimanoyama circuit in your car in the open world won't accomplish this, nor will setting up a custom program. You need to do the celebration, so don't waste time trying other options.
The Festival Decades playlist features other challenges, such as a Nangan area treasure hunt, and photographing a 1980s car at the Nachi Falls temple.
