How to get Monkshood Bud in Kowakujo
The The Moxhood Bud can be found in the flower garden, specifically, in the small crevice above the crafting table. When facing the road towards the staging area. The Monkshood Bud is pretty small, so you can't see it (we've tagged it with an arrow in the image above), but it's there, so just hit the interact button and it'll pop!
How to get Volcanic Ash Pouch in Kowakujo
With Monkshood Bud, Go to the training areawhich is through the central courtyard and tea garden. Inside the building with the crafting table, you can Look on the south wall and look above the ammo crate. Use Nekomancer's Charged Shot To leave an empty pouch at this location (tagged above).
With an empty pouch in your inventory, you need to open the map (or explore if you're in cursed mode) and Look for an area with an active fissure. These fissures can easily be found by searching an area covered in ash that causes your character to cough and lose health.
