Shinobu Kocho outsmarted the demons without the Demon Slayer Mark
Behind Shinobu Kocho's beautiful smile is Hashira, a vengeful insect who is always in a state of extreme anger. After losing his parents, sister, and beloved Sugu, Shinobu's anger towards the demons only intensified. He could rest until the world was free of demons and cruelty against humans.
Although Shinobu lacked when it came to physical strength, her small, slender build made her more agile than her fellow Hasira. Kanao Tsuyuri passed Shinobu without the Demon Slayer Mark

He may be loud, snarky, and brooding for most of the story, but his incredible mastery of the first form of Thunder Breathing speaks to his combat prowess.
Genitsu's greatest feat of power in the series occurred in the early stages of the Infinity Castle arc, where he used a new form of Thunder Breathing that ultimately killed the Upper Moon in one shot. As it turns out, Genitsu doesn't need the Demon Slayer Mark to get through even the toughest battles on his own.

Uzui Tengen survived his difficult battle without Demon Slayer Mark
Uzui is the self-proclaimed God of Tengen in Flashness Demon Slayer. He is extremely flashy to the point that his fighting style as Sound Hasira is also one of the most over-the-top in the entire series.
