Sanji is the cook of the Straw Hat Pirates and one of the Pirate King's wings who showed great growth in the final saga. a pieceEspecially in Elbaf Arc. In recent chapters of the manga, story creator Eiichiro Oda has focused Sanji's powers a bit. Now, with the arrival of Nerona Emu and his display of power in chapter 1180, it is clear that Oda has a new Black Flame power-up plan for SanjiYears after the awakening of Ifrit Jambe in Wano. Given his progress, Sanji is bound to become stronger in Elbaf and the arcs to come, and this is an exciting development for his character in the story.

The Zero Century was a mysterious time period, with some of the most powerful Devil Fruits.
Breaking the limitations of Ifrit Jambe
So far, Sanji's strongest power in the story is Ifrit Jambe. He unlocked this power in the Wano Country Arc after his lineage factor modifications kicked in. This gave him access to an exoskeleton, as well as increased muscle mass and advanced regeneration rates. When combined with his extremely sophisticated Armament Haki, it gave Sanji a body strong enough to withstand even the hot blue flames, and thus, Ifrit Jambe was born. This ability is incredibly deadly, as it was even able to take out someone as strong as Queen in a single attack.
Sanji has not shown the full potential of Ifrit Jambe, but its limitations were evident in the battle against Nerona Emu in chapter 1180 of the manga. It was clear that Sanji didn't stand a chance, and his attacks, although very powerful, weren't enough for Emu. This should change as the final saga progresses. Sanji's attack ability needs to be improved further, because as things stand, it limits him a lot.
How Nerona Emu's 'Omen' sets off black flames for Sanji
In chapter 1180 of the manga, one piece can be considered to have the strongest flame ability, and that is Maki of Nerona Emu. This Maki, or Omen, ability is definitely derived from the Devil's Fruit, or Akuma no Mi, which grants him the power of a devil. Maki produces black flames that are so strong that both Zoro and Sanji cannot withstand them. Sanji's own flame-like ability, which burned incredibly hot, was nothing compared to Emu's Maki. These black flames surrounded Sanji and caused a massive explosion in the last chapter, showing superiority over Ifrit Jambe's blue flames.

However, in doing so, Oda showed Sanji another step. The evolution ladder will continue, meaning Sanji's blue flame will likely turn into a black flame in the final saga and Maki will serve as his final power-up.

Expanding on the devilish relationship between Sanji and Emu
Sanji evolving his flame from blue to black comes out of nowhere. It should be noted that Maki's Emu's flame comes from her Devil Fruit power. Emu is the devil of a fragmented world, and coincidentally, Sanji's Diable Jambe is based on demonic themes. Diable Jambe literally translates to “Devil's Leg,” and “Demon God Leg” to Ifrit Jambe. It is clear that Emu and Sanji have a devilish relationship. Following that line of logic, when Sanji takes his ability further, it will once again have a demonic effect, meaning his flame will likely turn black further.

How Supreme King Haki will evolve Sanji Flames
The big question of how Sanji will further upgrade his flame in the Final Saga has already been answered by Oda in the Elbaf arc. With the character of Scoper Gaban, Oda has already depicted what Sanji will be like in the future. Gaban is a user of all three types of Haki and is especially a master of the color of the Supreme King. Right now, Sanji doesn't have access to Supreme King Haki, but he should unlock this power soon.
Once he unlocks Supreme King Haki and uses it to coat his legs, as well as improve his offensive output, his flames will become even hotter and possibly turn from blue to black. This will also allow Sanji to fully embody his moniker of Black Leg Sanji And become one of the strongest characters in the entire world. Essentially, Emu's Maki's flame can catch Sanji's leg and give him the highest offensive ability in the entire series, which is something that fans can't wait for.
