With the advent of Halloween season, Final Fantasy 14 is once again hosting the fan-favorite All Saints' Wake event, offering players the opportunity to take festive screenshots in haunted houses, transform into their favorite characters from the main story, purchase new themed items to decorate player housing, and earn new cosmetics. Armor set, exclusive to a limited-time event.
Unlike previous iterations of the Halloween event, the 2024 iteration of the All Saint's Wake event is available for a more appropriate time for the holiday, From October 18, 2024 to November 6, 2024, 6:59 am PST. Players who miss out on earning rewards from this event will have to wait a year before they become available for purchase in the Mog Station online store. All Saints' Wake 2024 Guide
The All Saints Wake event begins with the discovery of “The Aether-Starved Ahriman,” available here. Pumpkin-headed apparition at OId Gridania (X:10.2, Y:9.4).Inside the amphitheater of Mih Kheto. This quest-chain takes place entirely within Ancient Gridania, and will task players with finding numerous NPCs, including Papa Groff (X: 8.0, Y: 8.3), and Philcox (X: 8.2, Y: 10.1)Joe should be calm using the /calm emote. Once both objectives are completed, the first quest can be completed by returning to the amphitheater.
The second and final quest, All Fiends Sate on All Saints' Wake, can be accepted from Philcox in the amphitheater. This quest can be completed by searching Philcox again (X:9.1, 8.5), a flustered fellow (X:11.4, 5.3), and a distressed damsel (X:14.3, Y:6.8). Once all objectives are completed, event rewards can be claimed by completing the quest back to the amphitheater once again.
Completing this quest chain will also unlock two new NPCs, the unusual Usher and the genial Guiser, who can be used to teleport to various festival locations to take screenshots, including the dungeon, a decorated version of Howe Manor. Inside the mansion, there are also Unsavory Imps (X:11.2, Y:11.1) that can transform players into characters from main scenario quests.Giving players the chance to pose and roleplay as fan-favorite characters.
All Saints' Wake 2024 Awards
This year's event rewards players with a Knight of Devil set, which includes a pair of devil horns, a chic suit and tie, sleeves with spiked nails, and more. Every item in this set takes advantage of the two-die channel system recently added to Dawntrail, and all can be placed inside the player's armoire to free up inventory and glamor dresser space. In addition to the cosmetic set, the Flying Pumpkin, a black jack-o-lantern with wings, is a new indoor furnishing item that players can purchase at the Amphitheater in Mih Keto to decorate their homes for the holidays.
