Completing the tests of climbing in Path of Exile A must if you want to get all the climbing skill points of your class. 10 of them are found throughout the campaign, and 6 more are found randomly during the mapping phase of the game. The tests are divided into four different groups, each leading to a different version Path of Exile Labyrinth dungeons, which hold the key to unlocking your character's true potential.

These are all PoE Trials you can find as you play through the campaign. Note that you need to finish all tests of Ascendance for each bracket that are associated with the Labyrinth.. For example, if you finish 4 trials for the normal maze and 2 trials for the Cruel version, you won't be able to access any of the maze versions even though you've completed 6 different trials.
On each map Path of Exile is randomly generated, so we cannot pinpoint the locations of each of these tests. However, given the way the maps are created, the general locations of each test should be consistent across the different versions of the maps found on them. For example, the Trial of Ascendency in Act 3's Imperial Garden will always be at the top left of the waypoint.
Endless Maze Trials
Unlike the test of Ascendency found in PoE The campaign, which requires you to challenge the Eternal Labyrinth (also known as the Uber Lab) can only be found while mapping. To access it, you need to meet the following requirements:

Finish the merciless maze

Reach level 68

Take an offering to the goddess and use it
Previously, players were required to complete all 6 endgame trials before entering the Eternal Labyrinth, but this changed during Scourge League. Now, all you need is an offering to the goddesses, an item that you can obtain by completing map or league mechanics or by trading with other players. Once you receive an offer to the goddess, you can use it to open a portal that takes you directly to the Uber lab.
There are 6 different endgame Trials of Ascendancy, and all of them have a chance to appear randomly when clearing a T6+ non-unique yellow map or higher. These tests include:

Completing these after you interact with the tablet at the end of each trial will reward you with a goddess.
