Don Morogh

If you like snow, snow, and more snow, go to Don Morogh

WoW Classic Best Alliance Starter Jon Don Morrogh

  • races: dwarf, gnome
  • continent: Eastern States
  • nearby areas: Loch Modan, The Wetlands

Coldridge Valley's snowy, mountainous environment and the Greater Don Morogh region are beautiful, and Ironforge is the best Alliance capital city both in terms of its layout and its proximity to Menethil Harbor (to reach Kalimdor) and many games. Wow classic Locations in the eastern states, such as Blackrock Mountain.

But Don Morogh lacks something that makes it stand out. Sure everyone remembers Beer Basted Boar Ribs, but the music doesn't pack the same punch as other early areas, the quests are a bit slow, and most players rush through it to get to Loch Modan as quickly as possible.

Dun Morogh is a fantastic realm for many reasons, but humans get the short end of the stick compared to the coveted Elywnn Forest or the ethereal Teldrassil of the Night Elves, Dwarves and Gnomes.

Elwynn Forest

A nostalgic starter zone with convenient zone connections

WoW Classic Best Alliance Starter John Alvin One

  • races: human
  • continent: Eastern States
  • nearby areas: Westfall, Redridge Mountains, Duskwood

Elwynn Forest, the starting area for humans, is the best alliance starting area Wow classic For the convenience of leveling, its music, and the sheer magnificence of Stormwind. Everyone has played a human character in some way in their life wow For most who stick to history, and the Alliance, Northshire Abbey and the Elven Forest are probably the oldest places in all of Azeroth.

WoW Classic: The Best Level Dungeon

The best leveling dungeons in World of Warcraft are close to the normal leveling paths in WoW Classic, so players don't have to go too far.

Stormwind, while not as conveniently located as Ironforge, is still an incredible city to explore while listening to the best soundtracks throughout the game.

One of the other benefits of starting in Elwynn Forest is that it is directly connected three Secondary areas. It makes for the most efficient leveling path since you don't have to travel outside of this four-zone area to get level-appropriate quests from level 25 to 30.

Teldrasil

A truly exotic, lush forest and gorgeous night elf aesthetic

Woah Classic Best Alliance Starter John Teldrasill

  • races: Night Elf
  • continent: Kalimdor
  • nearby areas: Darkshore, Ashenvale

Something of a controversial area due to its distance from the rest of the Alliance, Teldrassil makes up for its inconvenient location with some of the most pristine vibes in the entire game. The music from Shadowglen and Night Elf's starting area is as iconic as the Stormwind theme song, and the Night Elf OST has a lot of variety.

Teldrassil's visuals are unlike anything seen in other fantasy games, making for a starting area that feels both alien and completely natural. Darnassus may not be the most popular Alliance capital city due to its remote location, but the architecture (drawn from Japanese and ancient Greek traditions) is one of the best in the game.

This is definitely one of the most soothing starting areas wowIf nothing else – that is until you get too close to the shore and realize that Teldrassil is the name of a large tree when you get too far into the water below.
