Wyll and Karlach will leave your party if you make very bad choices, such as siding with the Goblins, so they are not included.
Spoilers for Baldur's Gate 3 below.
7 Minsc
When you first meet Minsc in Baldur's Gate 3, he is a brainwashed crime boss under the influence of The Absolute. His healthy and naive nature greatly contrasts his initial violence.
With a chaotic fine alignment, he understands that sometimes brutality is necessary to accomplish your goals. However, if you side with The Absolute in Act 3 he'll be frustrated, so he's not a top choice for a bad playthrough.

Like Minsc, Jaheira leans toward a neutral alignment, so she will tolerate a certain amount of morally ambiguous behavior. Depending on your choices, you may still be able to recruit a headstrong druid.
However, with so many options in Act 2, it's easy to beat him. While it is possible to include him in your party with Bad Alignment, recruiting him is very tricky.
5 the storm
Gale, while power-hungry, is good at neutral, so he can take some convincing to forgive your misdeeds. He is one of the few 'good' friends you can convince to stay at the party even though you fight in Act 1.
While he is sometimes concerned with the problems of others, he is often focused on his own ambitions, which makes it easy to manipulate him down a dark path in Baldur's Gate 3.
Ascend him to godhood for the perfect end to your wicked run.
4 shadow heart
Shadowheart's worship of Shar, who is neutral evil, makes him susceptible to more evil deeds. She sometimes cheats and even tortures. When he is not violent or vindictive, his occasional cruelty can be increased through persuasion.
If you encourage him to give into the darkness of Shar, he will make a violent sacrifice in the name of his goddess, possibly fulfilling his arc in the darkness.
Encourage Shadowheart to Kill the Nightsong to avoid a neutral good alignment.
3 Lae'zel
Lae'zel is Lawful Evil, so he's the friend most likely to approve of your evil deeds. While dignified in her own giddy way, she favors ruthless decisions and often approves of aggressive and violent actions.
She tends to be more self-serving than willing to help others and will support your cruelty or selfishness in many situations. While you can convince him to be more legitimate or legally neutral, an evil character will feed him cold, ruthless ways.
2 Astarian
When you first meet Astarion, he tries to manipulate you and holds a knife to your throat, so it's clear he's not the most honorable friend. While you can encourage him to become more confident and better, a bad player can lead him down a dark path.
Usually self-serving, he rejects selfless, charitable acts and laughs at ridicule. If you want Astarion to be the most evil, selfish version of himself, encourage him to become a Vampire Ascendant in Act 3 of Baldur's Gate 3.
1 Mynthara
Minthara is introduced as the big villain of Act 1. Practical and ruthless in her pursuits, she embodies a dark moral alignment. As a Lolth-sworn drow, she encourages violence and cruelty. She is the most likely friend to wholeheartedly support your bad choices.
The best way to recruit him into the evil race is to stick with the goblins and kill the tieflings in Act 1, one of the most disgusting choices in the entire game.
She's only recruitable by knocking out tieflings during battle, but for a bad game, we recommend joining her side in Act 1.
