With the Skull Splitter upgrade via Lord of Hatred's new skill tree update, Blazing Scream also spawns smaller Laser Demon Skulls that hunt down enemies. This puts the skill in the unique position of both a lesser monster and a greater monster skill, opening the door to some interesting synergies.
Command Fallen is the base skill of choice in this build due to its excellent rage generation capabilities. Given how much Rage a Warlock will spend to cast Blazing Scream, having a Command Fallen to keep this resource up will be critical to the success of this build.
