SOFIA: A Bulgarian man who is fighting extradition to France for defacing a Paris Holocaust memorial in May denied he was racially motivated, calling it “just hooliganism” to AFP on Wednesday. France has issued a European arrest warrant for three Bulgarians after red hands were painted on the Wall of the Righteous at the Paris Holocaust Memorial, which lists 3,900 people honored for defending Jews during Nazi occupation of France during World War II.
