Dragon Age: Vilguard Gives players three types of classes, each with their own specializations. The game also has seven companions that players can join on their journey. Each of these characters has their own playstyle that is reminiscent of these specializations.

4 Belara

It's easy to see that Bellara will be a favorite character for many players, despite how she coordinates. He is a creative and intelligent person with a thirst for knowledge and a deep curiosity for ancient artifacts. She is also an interesting and fun character to interact with that can bring a lot of joy to players throughout the game.

Like Neve, Belara does well by soaking up the front. Players who implement Sundered as a warrior can detonate Ballara; Players can also apply a debuff to detonate another party member. He also provides a lot of lightning damage synergy.

3 Emmerich

Summoner Mage

Emmerich has a lot of flair and personality, while also being a well-rounded intellectual. Players will meet him in the Grand Necropolis via Belara. He is able to summon minions that can deal damage and help keep players away from enemies. He can cast and detonate the same states as Belara, meaning players can use him as a substitute if they wish.

Emmerich is a great choice for a player using Rogue, but players will definitely want their other party member to tank as much as possible. This spreads damage against the party and increases overall survivability. If things go south, Emmrich is also a great support option that can offer healing. Players looking to build around Stagger will want to use having Emmrich in their party.

Both of the top choices for this list are between rogue classes, with the first two being more brawl focused. Lukanis is the epitome of a dashing badass and champion of the people, and despite being a killer, he has a big heart.

Players who want this companion in their party will want to explore heavy single target damage as opposed to area-of-effect. This will allow them to drop enemies at an alarming rate and reduce the overall damage the party can take in combat. Lukanis is a great pick both early and late in the game.

1 Harding
